Decent no frills system
Installed easily; however, this is not a modern DIY simplified cartridge based modular system. This system requires some water treatment expertise and quite a bit of maintenance depending on source water. The pump and pressure switch design is excellent. Overall a great system for the experienced.

useless system
Useless system and it started leaking at first stage filter housing after few days of installation. now its waste of money and time . Customer support is nightmare.

    Absolutely terrible!
    This worked marvelously for about 3 months, than it started having filtration issues! My husband and I have both tried contacting the company to help the issue. Literally over 4 months now and they refuse to contact us. There is also absolutely no phone number to call it's all over email which makes it even more frustrating! I am beyond upset I only got a couple months out of this! An the fact absolutely no one will help resolve or lead us in the right direction to get it up and running again! In the manual it even says if you have any issues to reach out to the number/email provider. Mind you the phone number provided is not connected! And they guarantee a one year manufacture warranty. A total waste of money!

    I have had this system for about a year now, it does absolutely work. My house has hard city water that had a funny taste, after using this system the funny taste is gone. Installing it was a breeze, the instructions are color coded and easy to follow along. The hardest part of the install was drilling a hole in the back of my sink to put the faucet followed by installing the faucet, it was such a back breaking angle to reach. Also my ice is now clear which I suppose is a benefit of RO water. I bought this unit on sale, the cost of replacement filters after a year was about $85 which is not bad at all. I would have spent more than that buying my own drinking water for the year. This system has paid for itself as far as I am concerned.

    Worst System with Lot of Maintainence
    I did Buy this system without a pump. I won't buy it again. Replacing the filter is a big hassle. The Ukoke denies everything about warranty. The filter cost is almost more than half of the system. It cost $80 for 6-12 months replacement and if you do replace 6 months for $30 they charge a $12 shipping fee. Nobody answered the call. The only way to reach is via Email which takes forever for their reply. Within 2 months of using the filter started pouring black water and when I contact them they mention that past 30 days they don't accept returns and the filter is not covered under warranty. It is ridiculous. I believe there is one person that sits and replies to all emails and denies anything you ask. Stay away from this product

    Bad Build Quality which will not last long
    I purchased this item for the holidays (December 2021) and this item looks and sounds great but has very poor plastic quality where it holds different stages of filters .all all plastic holders are very weak and they will easily break. thinking long term i suggest staying away from this water filtration system.

    Improves your drinking water
    Im very happy with this reverse osmosis water filtration system. The 6 stages will ensure that I have clean drinking water and makes a huge difference in how it tastes. The initial setup took around 40 minutes. Not the easiest thing to do but it was not that difficult. Just takes some time and patience. It comes with everything you need as shown in my photo, but you may need a drill. There are video instructions on YouTube if you need help setting this up. Overall, Im happy with this purchase!

    Clean and fresh from your aink
    What a difference! In the beginning of the pandemic, I broke down and purchased a Brita. It is fine and helps. I then decided to pick up this filtration system. The installation took about an hour after watching some videos online. This water tastes clean and crisp. In may be in addition to a new diet but my skin feels softer and I am definitely drinking more water. I gave up soda 31 years ago, water is my main drink. This water is the real deal. I am saving money from not buying water. I say, pick one up, have a little faith in yourself to set it upand move forward thru this works with great tasting water coming straight from your sink. Just a few tools and a little patience and you can have this too. I say go for it. It helps the environment too.

    Replaced my old 3 stage water filter with this brand new 6 stage RO filtering system. The instructions were very easy to follow. Done with the setup in 30 mins. It took some time initially to fill the tank. The water pressure is strong. No leakages whatsoever. I can feel the difference in the taste and quality.
