Great value
This 6 ft. USB extension cable is exactly what I needed. I've seen it at some of the popular electronics outlets for a price that is almost 10 times higher than what I paid at Walmart.

These usb extension cords are cheap, under three dollars vs. up to 29 dollars for others and they work. They aren't exactly as pictured. The female end wrapped in black plastic in the photo has an exposed metal connector. So far no problems.

    Does what it is suppose to.
    I needed an extension for a USB connected device. The connectors on this cable made solid contact at both ends and met the need I had. This connection will be left in place so I will not be connecting and disconnecting the cable so will not be able to comment on how the connectors hold up over time.

    Perfect for my needs
    I use music notation programs and piano music lesson programs on my computer that interact directly with my Clavinova CVP-301 digital electronic piano. I needed an inexpensive USB Male to Femail extension cable to extent the length of the USB cable on the MIDI adapter used to connect the computer and the piano. This cable does the job perfect.

    Works great if total length is 15 ft or less!
    This USB extension cable works great if the total USB cable length is 15 feet or less. What this means is that since this is a 6 foot cable, it will work to extend USB cables that are 9 feet or less. If you try to use this USB extension cable with a USB cable that is over 9 feet long, then it will likely not work since USB cables have a maximum technical limit of 15 feet without an active repeater built into the USB cable. This particular USB extension cable is passive, so no active repeater.

    The Perfect Product at the Perfect Price!
    I got a new desk in my den and my printer was too far away from my computer. So I went looking for an extension cable, and the cheapest on I could find in stores, including in my Walmart store, was $15!! This one cost me only $3 with shipping, and it arrived in only 2 or 3 days!! Now my printer is back in working order and I couldn't be happier!! :-)

    cheap and it works
    what can I say, it's cheap and it works. I called a local electronics establishment and they wanted $16 for the same thing. While I like to be able to walk in and get something right away, getting the item for less than half of that delivered in my mailbox was worth waiting a few days.
