Bad product
Its not easy to use, its too small and the ice making is slow and melting fast, the manufacturers service is even worse, and there is no news about the request for return.

    It does what we needed.
    It works! When fridge ice maker, which didn't make much to start, crapped out. I got this so I didn't have to buy new fridge! Down side, I wish it would drop individual ice cubs, instead you take scoop and help separate the cubes.

    The icemaker failed. Warranty, worthless.
    The icemaker failed after only a couple of weeks, and even though I should've been able to return it for exchange or refund, Walmart refused to process it, though it was bought through them. I even purchased extended warranty that should have replaced it or refunded me but instead I am stuck with a $300 piece of junk.

    Fast ice but doesn't keep ice frozen.
    Works well and quickly but doesn't keep ice frozen. That was very disappointing.

    It has a very bad taste on the ice!! Not really happy with it but it's to late to send back… thought maybe it just needed a bit of time to run a couple of cycles… also the ice doesn't last long…

    NOT AS ADVERTISED - NOT COMMERCIAL GRADE
    This item is not as described - this is NOT a COMMERCIAL ice maker. It does make ice, as any $90-100 dollar ice maker (a fraction of the price they sell it for!) BUT as there is no refrigeration compartment as you would if it was truly a COMMERCIAL ice maker. No where in the description or title does it state that it does NOT have a refrigeration compartment. You would know this only when you read the instruction that are found in the unit once you receive it. The seller does NOT honor their 30 days return policy. Thanksfully WALMART is standing by their customers and made it right.

    Bad purchase
    broke after 4 month says 12 month warranty. will not get cold to make ice. Vevor only answers emails in early hrs. They do not answer call so im stuck with out an ice machine for my business They are not a USA company. It will not hold the amount of ice it says because it always shuts off the ice falls out of tray holds ice where it cant make no more ice till it melts and falls off. I have hired a repair man to fix part is on order so we will see!
