didnt fit because axle bolt didnt have enough extra length. They beny these so the fold in them makes it not fit on axle and then still have enough bolt threads to get nut back on... they must have known... F-

    Didn't fit the bike
Didn't fit the bike that I purchased from WalMart. Partially the fault of the bike (short posts) and partially the fault of the training wheels (brackets add 3/8 to almost 1/2 inch of depth to overcome.

    I'm exhausted
I cannot get the bolt on. I've literally tried everything and it keeps getting stuck. Hurts my hands too bad.

    Not worth the headache
In a word... Junk! They fit poorly and are poorly designed. They also do not fit if you have gear changers on the kids bike. Also, beware, they sneak on a shipping charge even though your order qualified fir Free Shipping. Returning them is almost impossible. Finally, there are lots of extra parts not shown on the poorly diagrammed picture.

    Good product but won't work
Good product but we can't use them on the 20 inch bike, the lip is inside and it holds it off the bike to much not enough stud from the back tire bolt.

These training wheels do not fit.
While these training wheels are sturdy and seemingly durable, they do not fit the bicycle I purchased. However, that's always a concern when buying a product that says it's "universal". These training wheels will be returned.

    Huffy bikes beware!
You'll have to modify the tips of the training wheel arms and flatten them out with a hammer if you're going to fit these on a huffy 20 inch bike. It seems that the bolts on the rear wheel of huffy bikes are not really long so once you put these training wheel arms on you have hardly any threading to put the bolts back on. I had to literally have my wife put the bolt on while I squeezed the back of the bike to get a little leverage even after I flattened the metal out on the arm tips !

Cheap, adequate training wheels of average quality
Easy to mount on bike. I put these on a bike with 12" wheels. I had to mount them on the last hole, which did not allow for any adjustment so that wheels would be uneven so child could begin to learn to balance. On a bike with bigger wheels, you could make that adjustment, so if child still hasn't learned to ride without training wheels when he gets a bigger bike, you could put them on the new bike. They appear somewhat flimsy, but they get the job done at a great price.
