Awesome workout
I love my new boxing bag! I wanted to add something new to my workout routine and this is perfect. I wanted to do cardio kickboxing so I started using it outside. I hang it in the tree and use it everyday to practice my punches and kicks. It's made really well. Very heavy. 70 lb so it's like you're fighting another person. I was really impressed with the quality and how easy it was to hang. We are working on getting a stand to hang it in the house so I don't have to take it down when the weather isn't nice but it holds up really well to my punches and kicks. I've been using it every single day with no issue. This will be perfect for stations whenever I do crossfit. My husband has been using it as well and we have made it something that we get to do together to spend time together and also stay fit.

Nice size and addition
This Classic Heavy Boxing Bag Kit is a nice addition to my work out room. It is super heavy at 70lbs. It is nice that it is heavy duty, comes with a heavy duty bag chain and assembly. The assembly to hang it is easy to install. You can do it with or without the included chain if you need it to be lower. The bag seems nice quality, I like how it is an all black with some white design on it. I do recommend letting it air out a few days as it did have a strong odor. Over all I am very happy with this new addition to the work out room.

    Solid bag
    I have had this hanging for a little over a month and it seems to be holding up fine. It is mostly for my toddlers to play around with, they love to hit things with their boxing gloves so this has kept me from getting the brunt of it haha. It is your standard size/weight, takes a punch from both my husband and I, super heavy for the kids so it doesn't budge for them. My only complaint is the shipping, I understand much of it is out of their control however I feel it could have been packaged better. The cardboard box was a standard thickness and with a 70lb bag inside it just fell apart. The plastic bag the punching bag was in thankfully kept it protected but I can see how easily this product could become damaged in transit.

    This is a pretty decent punching bag for someone that is new to this whole punching bag thing. It is pretty heavy so for someone like me who can not lift a whole lot, you will need help carrying it to where it needs to be, and then putting it up. I always thought It would be easier to have a stand for something like this, but this just hangs. Since it does weigh 70 pounds you will need some where to put it that will be able to support the weight of it, and also be able to deal with the movement and the weight since it does move when you hit it. Overall it is pretty good quality and fairly easy to get used to. It does hurt to hit if you are not used to this type of thing, so I would recommend making sure your hands are protected. I am happy with the punching bag and having a husband and a son in the home, I think it is a good option to get out your frustration and get some physical activity going. I do hope that it does hold up well long term since I haven't had it very long to know.

    Heavy Duty Bag (Hardware Included!)
    This certainly is a heavy duty boxing bag - its 70 pounds! I'm very excited to add this to my at-home gym. All the hardware needed to hang the bag is included. The bag is really easy to move when hooking arms through the hanging straps and a swivel hook is attached to the hanging chain, allowing the bag to spin freely when used. The material of the bag itself is really nice - its almost like a soft leather. I like this boxing bag!!

    The Venum Classic Heavy 70 lb Boxing Bag Kit is perfect for home-based boxing workouts - whether it's inside your home, your garage, or mounted to an outdoor playset frame. It is ultra-durable, comes filled, and is easy to assemble, as it includes mounting hardware (a ceiling bracket, screws, metal clasp, and chain). The extension chain allows you to make this punching bag fully adjustable, based on your personal height and size (or your ceiling height). You will definitely need a ladder to mount this to the ceiling or beam of your choice. The bag itself is sleek, high quality, and it has well-stitched seams. I love the snake logo and white stripes on the bottom. The weight inside of it is evenly distributed and the outer material is thick, so it easily handles any sort of punches or kicks you throw at it. I do recommend wearing workout gloves, hand wraps, or boxing gloves, so you protect your knuckles. The material is easy to wipe down and sanitize between sessions.     Best for all gyms, regular and expert boxers too!!
    Fantastic and exactly what we really needed for regular punching workouts!! Its being heavy 70 pounds item, found it to be so firm and a perfect design for so long lasting experience. The PU material bag that is pre-filled is an apt material for the product type and we believe it will tolerate rough and tough crazy punches left and right and top to bottom. It comes with hanging mount - ceiling bracket which is the one you need to figure out and then quickly take a bit to hook the heavy bag. Also, the link chain is easily adjustable for almost any required heights so we do not have to run for extenders. We found this to be a great nice bag for our home gym. With this added, now it looks full with the fact that boxing is one of the best workouts that really helps gain strength, burn several calories than some of the regular workouts that would have taken longer workout sessions otherwise. This can be mounted to the ceiling in gym room or garage ceilings, or even to a sturdy steel provisioning if one has it.. Definitely a good option for the affordable value . This big bag meets needs of normal enthusiasts and serious boxers too. 70 Lbs is enough weight in our view for most people. Highly recommend based on our own experience.

    Wow, upon arriving this thing is massive! Let's start off with the design. It's super cool black venom design is cool! I love that it also came with the hanging kit ( chain and hook) the material is super thick and can take a hit quite well. This 70 pound boxing bag it's honestly super fantastic. Although I do recommend it is a two person job since it is quite heavy to successfully hang it

    I thought this was going to be such a pain to hang but it was rather easy. My husband secured it to the wood beam in the basement. It also came with its own anchors for ceiling hanging. I used it 3 times so far and it definitely takes my punches and kicks. It comes with heavy duty chains too and the seams are very sturdy. I am so happy with this punching bag and I would definitely recommend. The workout you get from kick boxing is amazing and hardcore.

    Top quality bag!
    This is a very well made bag. We got it as a replacement for a bag that was about 25 years old and so worn out that the insides settled and hurt your hands. The inside of this bag is evenly distributed and easy on your hands with a nice pair of gloves. The straps that hold the chains are heavy duty and well stitched. The chains are very high quality and mount easily. I expect to get many years of use out of this bag. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to train.
