Great for the price
Great for the price. I use it as a play pen and as a gate to block off my living room. It's a life saver. I'm not a fan of the way they cut corners with the clips, but they get the job done. Already recommended it to my brother-in-law who is getting a puppy next week as well.

Need a replacement in order to give a good review!
Actually I loved it for my 50 pound dog who recently passed. We since got 2 schnoodle puppies and we were using the gate as a crate for bedtime. We saw that the puppies kept getting out and we couldn't figure out how. Upon closer examination 1 entire section was missing, see photo. I would like you to send me a replacement since this is not working. We temporarily added wire, but the puppies keep pulling the wire.

    Great for quick, temporary containment of pets
    This pen is really nice. It works well for Dachshunds who have an ability to jump. At 36 inches my mini-nine-pound Dachshund has not been able to jump this gate. The gate has clips so that you can make it into a complete enclosure with just this gate. If you want something a little more permanent you can use eyehooks in the wall and clip it to these. I like that there is a gate so you can let your dog in or out of the enclosure without unclipping it. The size of the enclosure will allow you to put in some comforts for your pet if they are confined for an extended period of time - water, food, a soft pillow or pet bed. And don't forget a favorite toy. My dog is not fond of confinement so this is great way to distract them and make them comfortable. The gate is black and looks really nice. When not using it can be folded up and stored out of sight and not take up too much room. Over the years I have used more than 20 of these and this ranks up there with the best. The gate is well constructed and doesn't appear weak at any point that would allow small or medium sized dogs to destroy it easily. I was gifted with this exercise pen for my experience input.

    Darn good pen option for a relatively low price!
    I wasn't exactly sure what to expect when I chose this exercise pen, but we needed something lightweight yet strong enough to contain 2 tiny Chihuahuas, 1 larger chihuahua and a standard sized shih tzu. All 3 chihuahuas are, shall I say "unfriendly" toward strangers (well, actually, sometimes down right vicious). We have a veterinary assistant that comes into our home every 3 weeks to trim our pups' toenails. From the moment she knocks on the front door, all 4 dogs go into "super psycho" mode, barking and growling, like the world is out to get 'em! Having this pen to place them all in, before any guests arrive, is absolutely crucial. It means that instead of playing keep away with each of them when it's their turn to be held while nails are clipped, I can easily open the gate to the pen and climb in to pick one up up at a time (while remaining in the pen). Life is so much easier now! The pen is the ideal height for doing this: it's tall enough to prevent dogs from jumping out, but not too tall to hold them up to be accessible for someone outside of the pen to work on. Also, the gate, when open, leaves a 7 inch tall section to step over, but prevents "escapees" from dodging out. I couldn't be happier with this pen!

    Vibrant Life 36in 8-panel Wire Exercise Pen
    I love this exercise pen so much. It is perfect for our new puppy. She has plenty of room to run around and take a much needed nap. This exercise pen was so easy to put up and take down. We have a 4 panel pen for puppy to sleep at night in but this vibrant life exercise pen is so much roomier. You really need this pen for Doggie and even a couple doggies it's plenty big enough for. There are 5 different ways you can make this work for you and it's so easy to change pen from around setting to a square set up. They give you a pamphlet that shows you different ways you can set this exercise pen up. It's so easy. it is so convenient when you have to take kids to school to pop puppy in pen with their bed and a piddle pad they can play or take a nap while you're busy running errands and you know when you get home puppy will be safe and secure in their pen. you really need this exercise pen if you are committed to taking care of a puppy you won't be sorry. I am so happy I got to try this exercise pen out for my honest review. The family is very satisfied with the Vibrant Life 36 inch 8 panel wire excercise pen and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a safe place for puppy to run around in and sleep in.

    Cleverly designed pen for your pets
    This is a smartly designed enclosure with endless possibilities. I use the pen every day to either keep my dogs on my deck, or off my deck and in the yard, or contain them to one section of the deck. I also have used it in my chicken run to keep certain birds away from others. I love that it has an option of attaching panels directly to a dog crate. It is strong, yet lightweight and easy to maneuver. This gate is the perfect height to keep my dogs from jumping over. It would not be ideal for certain undisciplined or high jumping dogs.

    It's a nice concept to keep a pet in it temporarily, but it's unfeasible. Only a pet that won't put its paw on it would be able to stay in it. It flipped easily when our dog started to put her paws on it to get to us. Our cat cleared it quickly not liking the trapped feeling! Only thing we have that this would work for is our guinea pig. However, the height of it makes it an eyesore inside. This product can be modified to make it a worthy product of purchase like tie downs for use outside or screws and such to connect a side to the wall to keep it from tipping and flipping. Now I must say this is excellent for children. Not for their intended purpose, but like an empty cardboard box the sky's the limit with their imagination. In the pic, my son is imprisoned with his dog and he's telepathically telling her to play it cool so that the deputy won't know they're planning their escape, lol!

    I received Vibrant Life 36in 8-panel Wire Exercise Pen. I got this for my new puppy so he has something to go in while he is outside. When I receive it I was taken back on the size of the box. I wasn't sure that it was gonna be what I needed. Then I opened it and it's amazing! It unfolds very easily and nicely! I love that you can make it the design you need to fit the room and such. Also this is perfect because it does hook onto his dog kennel. Which gives him a little more freedom. This eases my mind greatly when I have to leave my puppy home alone. Also this is perfect for bring on the go with me. It folds down and then has a clip to clip the whole thing together and carry easily! Comes with 4 hooks to hook the sides together or attach it to your kennel. Easy and amazing. I love that it comes out of the box and goes right back in and fits back in the box! Great product! Defiantly worth it if you have a animal. My older dog even fits in it with room to spare. The only thing I do want to say is the door is a little flimsy to me like it pulls down when you open it. It is a lift and lock door and then has a slide lock to secure which is nice. That kind of gives it a extra sense of security. I would not say the door being wobbly like is a turn off personally for me because this is such a great cage.

    Not impressed with quality.
    I had to check to make sure I did not order a used item. It is flimsy and bent vertically and horizontally and hinge is not assembled completely or came apart. Maybe these problems occurred during shipping. There is no brace across the top or the section with the door. It is pretty light gauge wire. It was the least expensive available in this size.

    Play pen is a good size for my 2 month old golden doodle. I should have bought the next size for the height because Milo is getting tall fast, so it wont last that long.
