Great value and performance
Its time to step up to 4K TV whether your still working great 1080p display is working good ore not, its gotta go. Streaming 4K + HDR may not be quite up to native Blu-ray 4K standards, but its so far above 1080p it cant be ignored. New shows like Lost in Space, Star Trek, Mrs. Maisel, Black Mirror, are dazzling in their own right.

Box arrived with a large hole in the front of the tv. The side where the front of the tv is. This was a Christmas gift. Returning it because I don't want to wait until Christmas and then find out the screen is broken. So the one star is for the condition of the box when it arrived.

    Many great features that are easy to use.
    I ordered on line and delivery was within three days, surprised! Thus far all features that I have used are easy to navigate, and work perfectly. As I go along, learning how and what works, I am sure I will be pleased, as Vizio products (now four), are American made with outstanding techincal service.

    cool tv but .....
    Well made, cool frame an design but qualtity control seem to be bad, have two black dot with small dark spot like snake shape in the screen...... will have to return it and maybe go with better brand

    Box Full of Remotes
    We aren't very happy with this TV. Especially the lack of a built-in for receiving local channels via an antenna. So we had to go buy another peripheral, with another remote (to go with Apple TV, Roku, our Blu-Ray player, our sound bar - am forgetting something?) The built-in “Smart” apps, except for possibly Netflix, are sad. I tried to teach my wife how to use all this junk. She just sighed and went upstairs to watch our six-year-old Vizio with a built-in tuner and nearly 100 easy-to-access local channels. The new TV does have a slightly better picture. I'll give it that.

    A reasonably priced big-screen TV. It would have been nice (actually, I would have thought it would be required) that Vizio disclosed that apps such as Watch ESPN don't work with their Google interface. That is a big disappointment, but now I am stuck.

    Display of the Year
    Purchased this UHD display a few weeks ago and has met all my expectations. Spending thousands for a good 4K dispaly isn't necessary. Vizio offers many high quality displays for a reasonable and fair price. Am pleased and happy I chose it. My only wish is that it had a digital tv tuner or an option to purchase one.

    Good picture bad darkening
    Good TV overall but the dimming zones are so big, when a dark portion of the screen gets a touch out light on a corner, the whole block lights up and is very noticable. Who ever had the idea of reducing the number of zones has turned me off to these TVs. If you offer a buy back program next year, I would consider it given more dimming zones.

    Reasonably good display
    Bought this as a replacement for a first generation UHD monitor. The image brightness and clarity are definitely better. However, under certain rare conditions of low contrast simple images (sky or sand or ocean), I can see an artifact that may due to the adaptive backlighting - it exhibits itself as a very subtle circle and vertical line, like the Greek letter Phi, over about 1/4 of the screen.

    Fantastic picture at a reasonable price
    We upgraded from a 12 year old 1080p TV, and are immensely pleased with the picture quality and features. The TV was easy to mount, setup, and works better than we expected. We only had to watch one episode of Planet Earth, and everyone in the house is hooked. My only issue is that now everyone wants to watch their shows on it, so we are back to fighting about TV access.
