if you want to break something in 5 sec!
this thing is garbage i was putting the line through the holes and went to adjust the tensions for the drag and the pole broke! definitely would not hold up for fish, maybe some blue gills or minos. please please dont waist your time on this learn from me and just but a gx2 uglystick reel and rod combo for 44$ its well worth it

    Reel is garbage.
    Reel failed with the first fish and it was not a big fish. The reel locked up when I set the hook and tried to reel it in and when it did free up it feels like the gears are destroyed. Lost the fish and barely reeled in just the weight and hook. Junk ! I guess I'll try to use the rod but with little to no faith in it.

    by far the worst pole rod combo i have ever used. pole is very stiff. the reels gears were grinding on yhe second fish i caught on it and i lost the fish cause it locked up super disappointed! dont waste your money!

    Nice basic rod and reel combo
    Looking for inexpensive extra rods compact to keep in car or boat, the two pack is great for having extra parts to fix remaining reel and pole if damaged.

    Disappointed
    Broke on the first fishing trip. Very disappointing. Would have returned it if I didn't have to return in person in the store. Poor quality. Reading the good reviews, I wonder if I just got damaged item at the first place.
