Easy Mobile Sim Card Instaalation
purchase online easy to complete. Shipment and delivery fast. Free shipping was appreciated. SIM installed easy into mobile phone and plan subscription was smooth. Plan offered was affordable. Customer satisfaction given.

Let your money be spent elsewhere...
Did not work, had to contact tech help, they promised to send a new card. Got rid of this plan and got Consumer Cellular

    I purchased online. I already have a family moblie account. I just purchased a new phone and was told I needed to purchase a new sim card. Called Family Moblie to activate they could not 4 reps later was told to go to a Wal-Mart store to try and purchase a new one. The rep at the store said he doesn't know if they will be getting anymore of the sim cards at store level. I've had Family Moblie for years never had problems like this. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

    DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE WALMART FAMILY MOBILE PHONE inside was t-mobile compatible sims card. after 2 hrs and 3 family mobile associates trying to activate card they finally took an old card of mine and reactivated it stating the one I bought that was supposed to be compatible usually never works if you also own a wal-mart family mobile phone.

    Screwed up
    Did not function in my Alcatel where I had previously had a FamilyMobile card, after being told it would not work in my One Nord, because supplier changed something. Online did not recognize the digits of my credit card to authenticate and the party said couldn't be transferred to another phone. I found invoice, we had given the right last four digits, therefore your system is screwed up. You have lost not only me as a part time customer, but probably my wife as well--she is cancelling her autopay.

    Easy to install. Late arrival
    Easy instillation. The only problem is the shipping. I understand that it's out of their hands but god, I was afraid that it was going to get lost by FedEx.

    Good product, great price, and great service!
    I already had Family Mobile service, but wanted to port a concurrent number with a different service. Ended up having to replace the SIM in my WFM phone to change to the other number. I was mid-month in my service plan, and was glad to have another option than paying another $40 for SIM service with in-store option. Got in 2 days, and had a quick, painless, friendly experience with the Service Associate in getting my phone situated in quick order. The SIM card was very affordable, quick to ship, and so easy to install! (I was equally pleased with the service, as i was the product.

    This is just a SIM card so you might ask why the 1 star? I had chatted many times and in all the chats it was concluded that my phone would be compatible and that all I needed was a sim card. So I sent out for it (not sold in the store) and under a week I received it and when I call to transfer my unlocked phone they tell me it is not compatible. One week lost waiting and several chats that were incorrect (to say the least), and I cannot return it :) Hence the 1 star rating. If you have a compatible phone I am certain it will work and you will be pleased, but make sure it is before buying and waiting for it.
