16GB is far too low, needs SD storage capability
If you have a busy life DO NOT buy this phone!! There is a SD card mount but I'm not sure why! Everything you download, pictures, video ALL automatically download on the internal and there is NO OPTION to change or transfer app download preferences. I've only had this phone for a month and need to buy a phone with a larger internal storage and better SD transfer capability. Not sure who told the lady at the store 16GB was a lot cause it's not!!

    Disappointing and frustrating
    I never liked this phone. To access all features, you have to agree to basically give up your privacy. And if you don't, you will find yourself blocked. I didn't and now I'm having issues. I used to like Samsung.... Oh, and it will only update over wifi.

    NO STORAGE
    storage sucks on this phone. only had it a couple of days maybe 3 and I had to start deleting things. Purchased a 128 sd card which was a waste of money bc everything still automatically goes to internal storage and won't give me the option to set the Sd card as the main storage setting. So im constantly having to delete things. also bc storage is so low it causes apps to malfunction. I'll miss calls

    I bought this phone for my two oldest kiddos and they are very good phones and are worth every penny spent! I really did not expect such quality phones for the price I paid and they were very easy to set up service on! we are all thrilled with them.

    A good phone for Wal-Mart Family Mobile
    A good screen, excellent battery life. Android 10.0. Seems well built, not fragile. Very good speakers. Wish it was 32 gb but it is an excellent value for the money. Memory card/sim slot can be kind of tricky, when putting a memory card in do not remove the tray all the way or else the sim card will fall out. Battery is not replaceable.

    ONCE BURNER TWICE SHY
    DO NOT BUY "Contract to use Walmart Phone" without an option to use another provider because it is locked and they REFUSE to UNLOCK it. Unless you want to be comited for life to their plan DO NOT BUY a Walton phone. The price seems attractive but remember - "All That Glistens Is Not GOLD".
