Misleading packaging
Looks great, easy to install, the spray options are nice. As others have mentioned, it's flow is just too weak. Its packaging says "PowerSpray, a Powerful and Invigorating Experience." Not a word about it being a low-flow product. Pretty deceptive and a waste of money.

    Quality of Waterpik shower head is not high end but then it was not expensive. A couple of the settings were not very good but some were fine. For the price, it will do.

    I'd buy again
    Love the savings on my water bill but it is a water saver for sure (meaning not as fun of a shower...very low flow). I'd buy again.

    Stay away
    No water pressure whatsoever I immediately took it back off and put my old waterpik back on that I purchased in the mid to late 90s. Im really shocked this one didnt have near the pressure my old waterpik has wished I could find one like my old one

    I always put my own shower head on when I move into a place. Ours ended up in storage so we bought this one. I love it. I have very thick very long hair and need decent water pressure to wash my hair. This model met my needs and was very reasonably priced.

    Happy with this
    I got what I was looking for, the selections I like, from water-saving trickle, to narrow stream, to full, none of which are too high-powered to be comfortable, especially for bathing my dogs. I use it for dog-bathing even though it doesn't have a handle because I like the settings; I have it attached directly to the shower hose.
