Disappointing!
It has a great smell while grilling and a great taste (tasting it straight from the bottle). But, it doesn't penetrate into the meat. You get a little bit of flavor from the top of the meat. That's it. The flavor just sits on top. I've tried it with pork ribs and pork chops.
