The best protection and performance
Webroot provides great security and doesn't bog down the machine or harass me with messages. A great value as well. I am an IT consultant and recommend it to all my customers.

Could never download this to install. Frustrated
I paid for this product 2 times, tried to download it 19 times & could never get the program to install & enter the key code. I'd like a refund for the 2 times I bought this crap.

    Disk replacement - double payment - returned.
    I thought I had webroot online and was paid up for the tool. Your note said I needed to re-purchase it so I did. Yet it didn't show up on my computer that it was installed so I sent a payment in again and yet it still is not up I receive now two of your disks one of which I returned to you because in the mail it came it had almost a hole all the way through it. I took it to the post office to send back to y'all. I would appreciate a reduction of my double cost and a phone # I can use to contact you if another ? arises. Thank you very much. Herbert Koonce

    My return to Webroot
    When we purchased our computer several years ago Webroot was downloaded as the security device. The next year I went with a different security company and started receiving all kinds of "undesirable" requests/ads on my e-mails. This year I went back to Webroot and hopefully that does not happen.

    Frustrating process
    The download does not follow the way it says in the prompts. I'm not even sure it downloaded right, but I was charged for it and when it pulls up on my computer it says I'm protected, but I keep getting reminders that my subscription has expired and I should renew now. Sooo frustrating!!!!

    Billed twice
    I paid for your services, then a month later you sent me messages that I was out of service and at risk. So I paid for the service again. I did not realize this till I checked my bank records. You guys should refund my money. I feel as though Ive been tricked

    I feel this year I was overcharged.
    I have used Webroot for a long time and have in the past I was pleased but not now. On Dec. 19,2021 I renewed it again and I was charged Three Times for $53.01 all at the same time. I have tried several times to see about the triple charges at the identical time of 7:42 P.M. I live only with Soc. Security and I don't know if I can continue this. Betty Blu Mundy

    ? DOUBLE DIPPING IN CHARGES
    I like the webroot product. 2 stars because not only was I billed for the 39$ renewal I was also billed a 2nd time for 63$ that was not authorized this was either a error or they are double dipping their customers. I did send in a email of this to their refund center because lo and behold you can't reach a human to talk to. I don't think I like the customer service . MAY NOT RENEW NEXT YEAR . Maybe I will get lucky and they will refund me. Next step is to talk to bank

    This software cannot be beaten. It is used on two desktops and one laptop. All three are Windows 10 pcs. We have not had a single problem since it was installed. In addition, the software is unbelievably fast. I would recommend Webroot to anyone.

    Webroot Secure Anywhere Internet Security Plus
    So far I'm very pleased with Webroot Secure Anywhere Internet Security Plus. Download and installation was simple and quick. Setup was easy to understand and navigate. Scanning has been fast and efficient, so much so that although I have it set for a daily scan, I also scan before I shut down my computer each time, which only requires a couple of minutes.

    Cannot access my account!!!
    I have just WASTED over an hour of my life trying to log into my account!!! It took a very LONG time to set up and get accepted for passwords and questions and then when I entered them correctly I was told it was WRONG! I have a previous account that ends today and when asked to keep it seperate , I said yes, not the same! I think the old account info is being used in error! I will wait until tomorrow and try again and if I have this same crappy runaround I will ask for a refund!
