Great Bench
For $75.00 you can't beat it. It was easy to assemble. I suggest you use a ratchet set. I've really enjoyed it. I will say tho' I am a beginner. But hey I have no complaints. If you are a heavy duty lifter (200 lbs plus) it might not be for you. Also, I used the leg extension part 30 lbs. I've had no problems. I recommend this bench. Especially since Covid-19 hit I can't go to the health club no more. Also, you can use this in the privacy of your own home.

Do not buy
I used it for a total of 16 sets and the right leg came apart and it fell into pieces.

    Expected Better
I'm not one to leave negative reviews on a product, but this weight set didn't work out for me. Even with following the directions, and inserting the metal pins in the right way, they still won't budge. They do not go in all the way and I haven't been able to use the weight set at all, nor can I take it apart to even attempt to return it. This purchase wasn't the best.

Ok for beginners in tight spaces
This bench is okay if you have a super small space like your bedroom or something or if you're just starting out and desperately need a one. The rack placement is extremely narrow. The barbell lands on the rack exactly where you'd want your hands to be for a neutral/standard grip so you can only do wide grip or close grip. The bench itself is hard and uncomfortable. My tailbone hurt when I leaned back onto it . It can't hold more than about 200 lbs without you sitting on it to counterbalance the weight. Overall, I'll be returning it and saving up a little more for a quality bench.

    Decent beginner bench.
I received this today and I'm ashamed to admit I used the directions to assemble it. It took me about 70 minutes since I had to use a magnifying glass to read everything (getting old sucks). Like several others have said, it wobbles when together but it doesn't scare me. The height is fine for flat and incline, but when I tried decline my feet were off the floor. I will build two small platforms for decline presses since they are my favorite chest exercise. The uprights are exactly where I want to grab the bar. I don't lift heavy so I don't think this will be a problem. I even did two sets of leg curls and was quite surprised at how well it worked. A nice bonus since from some of the reviews I didn't expect that function to be useful. Overall I am pleased with this bench, considering how cheap it is. But it's really a beginner bench. If you are planning to lift heavy you should buy something more sturdy. The only problem I had is the pad. It's smashed on the edge from shipping. Of course since the pad is the final piece I had it all together before I noticed. If I had seen it sooner I would have returned it for another.

    A beginners bench
At 5' 9", I just barely fit on this lying down. For most workouts, this bench isn't bad. For regular, incline, and decline presses, it's not bad, but would be nice if the bench was a foot longer. This would be a great bench for younger ones that would like to start lifting weights. For adults, this is the perfect bench if you are 5' 6" or less. It is a bit wobbly from front to back; needs better stability.

    great!
I thought it would be small or flimsy for my 6 foot husband but he says it's wonderful has it set up in basement.

    Just okay
This bench is just ok. The metal is of thin material and after put together, it's a bit wobbly. The bench is also too high off the ground as feet does not comfortably touch the ground for presses. The bench is also too small lengthwise as the adjustable back pad is too short that it creates a gap on the back. All in all you get what you pay for the $70 that I did. It will do for now but will get replaced with a better one soon.

    Hole in the back rest.
Didn't notice the hole until I put the entire bench together. Make sure to take all the parts out of the plastic and inspect them before assembling.

    Good lightweight bench
Easy to assemble with a socket wrench and screwdriver. Putting things together was a breeze. The bench offers inclined and declined benchpress back support. And adjustable height for the rest for the weighted bar. It does allow what I want for lifting. I am benching up to 170lb and it seems steady enough for me. I have knocked off one of the supports above my head... which could have been really bad if I had more weight on at the time. The leg lift setup is adequate, I haven't put much weight on it. But so far it meets expectations. Though I would not compare this to a heavy duty bench it is great for home (or in my case garage) workouts.
