This treadmill comes LOCKED!
I have used this treadmill for a week. I put it together by myself in about 30 minutes. It looks really nice. The screen is big and easy to use. I have found the extra arms to be completely useless for me. I guess if you were walking slowly they might give your arms a good workout but I run so I don't use them. The one thing I did not expect was the instructions said the treadmill was locked until I subscribed to an ifit program online. I didn't want to do that so I called the hotline and it turns out you just hold the button down long enough and the treadmill turns on. That was really annoying. I didn't want the subscription or the hassle of having to call. I wanted to use the treadmill right away.

Poor Wal Mart delivery service
The item delivered was damaged / would not work. I called the manufacturer who instructed me to open the face plate. Upon opening it I discovered the motor was completely broken from its base as if the product had been dropped from a distance. The company is sending another motor to me for replacement. The replacement cost is 168.00 for a new motor I am tasked with installing. This is the second time I've purchased a large item from Wal Mart that was damaged. Poor delivery service from Wal Mart is becoming a trend.

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/05/2021OkayHOLD DOWN THE IFIT BUTTON FOR 30 SEC TO BYPASS THE IFIT PROGRAM!!! It would be a great treadmill if IDK THE SCREWS ACTUALLY FIT!!! it took me 2 days to put it together thats after Ive given up and decided step 5 screws are going to be the ones to hold up the screen. And luckily Ive built a few of my dressers and bed so I had huge screws lying around or else I wouldve returned it. I have extremely small feet for a 20 yo female so the track is perfectly fine for me. As for my boyfriend it may be a little difficult so keep that in mind. (Also, I didnt get the crosswalk arm bars together as the screws dont fit either so Ill be doing a diy to get them on.) but , it runs great , walk/jog. Has the key to stop it quicker.James

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/30/2021A Credit Card Required to UNLOCK this TreadmillI bought this model thinking I own it. It turned out that this model is a "smart" type and I have to become a member of iFit even to get the motor started. I tried to register for a 30 day free trial of iFit (which I didn't care for) but after giving out my credit card information it's website froze, and that happened every time when I retried. Now I feel as though bought my self a "Locked smart phone" that I can't activate. Well, Walmart is taking it back but after all that time I spent assembling and disassembling I should have bought a dumb machine instead.Tada

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/25/2020Good, basic and heavy treadmill. It is a good treadmill but I think it is overpriced for what you get. No extra bells and whistles in regards to the computer. Tracks cals (you cannot enter your weight so it isn't accurate), distance and time. The screen is black and white and hard to read in a low lit room. It's fine it works good and its basic. My biggest concern is how difficukt it is to move around after you close it and want to move against tye wall. You literally have to use your chin to maneuver ir around and then TRY to gentle lay it back to the ground after rolling it around. I don't think someone who isnt fit would be able to put the treadmill out of the way on a daily basis. I had another one that was so easy to close up and move I did not know that they could be this difficult . its heavy. Its also loud. Overall, basic with some minor annoyances. It works good. Just think its overpriced.Erin1121

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/02/2019Love it!!I was a little hesitant to order after reading most of the reviews, but I am so happy I took a chance. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Runs great, perfect size, no issues so far. Don't worry about having to register for any additional fitness plan. Just hold down the fit button for about 15 seconds and the machine will start up.Bella
