Very disappointing...
I was very disappointed with the quality of this loveseat. The wood frame is light weight. The bottom portion (on which the seat cushions rest) is webbing, similar to that of an old fashioned "lawn chair". It definitely is not sturdy enough for larger sized people. I would not expect that it would hold up over a long period. In addition, one of the wooden arms was broken upon receipt of the merchandise. I returned the loveseat for a refund. I have purchased several pieces of furniture from Sam's Club in the past and have always been pleased. I will add, however, the return process was very easy.

    Just what I was looking for
    This loveseat came today and I am happy with my purchase. The box was a little beat up when it arrived but all contents were there and undamaged from shipping (there was a slight scuff on the upper corner of the back panel but a black sharpie took care of that). Some reviews said how difficult assembly was - for me it was easy and took less than half an hour - it really helped to have a ratchet with a swivel fitting and a hex socket (probably saved at least an hour or two). Everything lined up and fit together well. The seating is fairly comfortable - foam cushions with fake leather - and the seat height makes it easy to get up. The frame is made from solid wood, not particle board, and has a nice finish. I'm using this in a music room to sit and play guitar and it is a good height for it. I was looking for an inexpensive loveseat that was pretty basic with simple styling and this fits the bill perfectly.

    Wonderful two-seat sofa
    We purchased this loveseat to occupy less space than our no-o0nger needed futon. What a pleasant surprise. Not only is it very comfortable and supportive, but its mission style features link to our two mission recliners. Bingo1 Assembly is not difficult. We appreciate the velcro on the back cushions. The only wish we have is to have velcro also on the seat cushions. We heartily recommend this nice looking sofa.

    Looks good but be patient during assembly
    Was such a pain to assemble would have returned if I could get back into packing the way it came. It looks great in my entry but glad I don't plan to sit on much. Would buy again as price point very nice for leather. Plan 4 hours to assemble with 6 screws-impossible to line up holes.

    Love this loveseat! Exactly as pictured and easy to assemble though a second pair of hands would have made it easier. The cushions are firm and comfortable to sit in. It is a pretty piece.

    Looks good and is comfortable to sit on.
    The loveseat came well packed and strapped to a palette, so it makes it difficult for other objects to puncture the box. The pieces were all in perfect condition. Mine did NOT come with any instructions, nor could any be found on the web. There are 3 different fastener types included. It is fairly obvious where they go, but you do need to sit and examine the pieces and lay them out to ensure they are being mounted correctly (there are 5 pieces for the bench (plus cushions)). Assembly requires a screwdriver (not included) and an allen wrench (included). The dowels sit loose in their holes and would do better with glue. The bolts could probably use locktite as well to help prevent loosening overtime. The loveseat is comfortable to sit on, but feels lite and thus takes time to trust it is stable. Looks good though. :-)
