Cheap copy that didn't work
The item received was not the item pictured in the offering. The item pictured is the Plantronics M165, which I currently own, which has the dedicated slide On/Off switch. The item received was very similar in shape, but didn't have the slide switch, and was powered on/off by pushing the center multifunction button. The item pictured, the real M165, has the Plantronics large, clear and heavy flexible ear flange that holds the headset solidly in your ear. The item received came with one small, weak, cloudy earpiece that didn't work in my ear at all. Luckily I had a collection of Plantronics ear pieces that fit the new headset, so was able to make it work. The headset sounded ok, with acceptable volume and sound when listening to music or streaming. Then I made an outbound phone call and the other party couldn't hear me over the noise and static. I tried a few call and no one could hear me. I switched back to my old M165 and returned to new unit to Walmart

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser02/17/2021Terrible!Absolutely terrible! You can't hear anything through this Bluetooth the volume remains extremely low for phone calls, media or any other source. It even feels cheap. Tried to return can't reach seller. Definitely not the M180 just imitates the the look. Please don't waste your money!ShaLina
