Lesson learned.
So I read the reviews to order a bigger size. I ordered TWO sizes bigger. Skin tight! I wear an XL in dresses because I like them loose. I got a four xl. wal mart claims to be all about American made. Yeah right! Never ordering from them again. Fifth dress in three weeks djifnt fit. Spent well over $200 Im furious

    SIZES ARE WRONG!!! DO NOT BUY!
    I fit a L-XL, depending on style. I ordered a 2XL for extra flowiness. THE DANG DRESS BARELY FIT OVEE MY HEAD. IMMEDIATELY RETURNED.

    HORRIBLE. II would not give it any stars but it would not let me complete the review. The dresses that came in look nothing like pictures on website. The sizes are for juniors not Women!,,,,,, Will not let me return.

    Always order larger than you normally wear if purchasing from this vendor. Size 2x is smaller than a size20 in other dresses.

    Absolutely don't purchase this cheap dress!
    This is horrible, it looks nothing like the picture, the fabric is very thin, you can see right thru it, the dress looks like a kid made it. What is Walmart thinking. Absolutely the worse garments I have ever purchased from them

    This dress looks nothing like the picture, so cheaply made. I am so disappointed that Walmart would sell something like this. And it is made small. I am about done with Walmart online.

    Cheap Low Quality
    Runs VERY small. Fabric is very thin and not very soft. You can see the thread they used on the seams through the material. It also recommends Dry Cleaning. Very cheaply made. You can read a book through it.
