Bought this printer over a month ago and is very well made and very easy to use. Two niggles: a) it is extremely heavy, b) it only scan part of an A4 page and I have yet to discover how to correct this.

alert prompts are disruptive
man oh man the various alert prompts are disruptive - there needs to be a mechanism to disable . . also the manual feed alignment doesn't match paper tray alignment . . oh and the printer complains about the manual feed tray being empty - even when I'm not even trying to print to it - forcing me to disable eliminate all references to it manually on every networked pc

I brought this printer at the beginning of the year - it has taken me some time to figure out how to set it up and get it to work as I need it too - which to be honest I was surprised at, however now it is working brilliantly and I love it

printer not on list Work Centre 6515
I've had this for about 2 months. I've had to reinstall the driver several times over the web (my computer doesn't have a cd drive). I don't like that you need to go to the setting to change the paper feed. with my old Brother, you just needed to put whatever you were printing on, such as a check, into the feed and it would automatically take that. this one if you want to use the feed, you need to pull out the paper drawer and then rest the feed. it is a pain. If I'm just doing one or two checks I put then in the drawer one at a time. It also seems to take forever to start to print, probably 20-30 seconds. if I need to print multiple pages or copies, it is pretty fast. but I do a lot of one page at a time printing, so it is inconvenient.

    Robust and reliable
I do not buy printers very often, and when I do they have to be upto the job. Very reliable, they have to be robust. This printer certainly lives up to this criteria. I am very happy with this product, well done Xerox. Thank You.

Not big on features, big on promises
The "Printer" part works well, and it is cheap per page printing but some of the more important features, such as wi-fi access is unavailable due to of lack of documentation. I can get support but i have to pay for it. For me it is necessary that it support multiple users and computers on my home network. As it is, it is only useful for rare, large, bulk brojects.

Like the printer works well. Only complaint is that it asks you do you have more images to scan ever time you are trying to make one copy of of one sheet. I can see how it would be useful in certain office settings. However it would be nice if you could change the default to not ask you. Just scan and copy done. Minor complaint.

    Totally Satisfied Customer
This printer "Rocks!" The printer provides me with all my needs and in a timely manner. The documents come out clear and crisp. The copier, faxing and emailing features are easy tasks as the instructions were clear, concise and to the point. I never have any issues working with the machine and I am quite pleased with it overall.

Decent multi function printer for small office
This is the second WorkCentre 3335 that I've purchased. I have one in my home office and purchased one for my new office. While it's rather a pain to set this machine up, requiring assistance of an IT professional for some items, once it's set up it does work well. The features that I use are print, copy, fax, and scan. I don't use the email function. The 3335 works well both over a network and with AirPrint. I considered buying a different machine but couldn't find anything at a reasonable price that would serve my needs as well. It's also easier if both of my multi function printers are the same model for remembering how to use them.

    Love the printer!
One thing I like the most about this printer is that it prints quietly. Not so loud which is a plus! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
