Great scooter, surpassed my expectations!
Great value. Build quality is outstanding for the price ($400). It does not feel like a toy, materials are high quality with a high level of finish. The welding is very nice and everything feels very premium and sturdy like it will last for a long time. The item surpassed expectation. Specs offered about the scooter are pretty accurate, including range. I get around 13-15 miles of range riding full speed around NYC with some hills and I weigh around 200 pounds. The disc brake is strong and the ride quality feels good and safe.

Great scooter ☺️ f you read Chinese.
The scooter is great but the entire package was in Chinese and doesn't work if you live outside of mainland china.the security feature prevents you from using the scooter and there is no customer support whatsoever.

    Can't change Inter Tube
Worked good until we needed to change the inter tube. Had to cut the inter tube and use pliers to get the value stem out. It's impossible to get the inter tube back on because you can't get the valve stem back through the hole in the wheel because of the small space. Took it to a bike shop and suggested getting a different tube. I ordered another inter tube online that has a curved stem. If this don't work don't know what to do.

Don't waste your $$ -terrible product and service
I ordered 2 scooters for my teen sons for Christmas. One of them came out of the box NEW and NOT WORKING. The replacement didn't arrive until after Christmas. Since then one of the scooters just wouldn't power on any longer. Customer service at Xiami MI is TERRIBLE. Without spending a great deal of time detailing how much trouble it is to get them to stand behind their product, trust me in saying their service is some of the worst I've had. Additionally, this scooter is not engineered well at all. Something as simple as changing an inner tube is a major headache. I would NOT RECOMMEND this product or company at all.

    Great Adult Scooter!
My husband and I each got one of these scooters. Absolutely love them! We live right on a bike path and can jump on these and go. They’re pretty quick, the braking system is nice. It’s just one kick and hit the throttle. It takes a few minutes to get used to the feel of them, make sure you bend your knees when you go over bigger bumps and check the tires to make sure they’re inflated to capacity... it will help with the speed

    Not just a kick scooter
It goes pretty fast. Easy to put together and fun to ride. The apps for it aren't the greatest but I can live with that.

    Good product
The scooter is good. Good battery. I can go to my work with the 50% of the battery. But the second day I find the handle of the bell broken. that is necessary for the scooter transport. that is the only problem after 72 Km. I hope to fix that problem with walmart.

    Great, but...
Everything works well except for the charger cover which is broken. Otherwise, great vehicle.

    Scooter is fun to ride.
My scooter is fun to ride. I feel way more safer when I’m wearing my helmet though.

    Real Deal
This is the real deal Xiaomi with the spare tires for off road conditions and inner tubes. I initially purchased the GoTrax GXL V2 but had some quality issues so returned and bought this. While $150 more, well worth the money. Quality is awesome, parts are easy to get, great range, nice speed. In other words can't go wrong. I have commuted with it a few times on the Metra. The folding design is not nearly as nice as the GoTrax and takes up much more space on the train and bot as easy to wheel off the train platform downtown. With the GoTrax, you grab it by the handle bars and wheel it like a dolly, really easy. The handlebars close differently on the Xiaomi and not so easy but you can grab awkwardly by back wheel and use front to wheel off platform. The folding mechanism can be a bit difficult as compared to the Gotrax and after about 100 miles of riding time I do hear some noise from it (common issue with this scooter and they sell plastic dampers online you can put in to quiet it). Did three range tests in past two days on a bike trail in the forest preserves. This is extremely hilly conditions and I am 190lbs. Had in high speed on first trip and got 10 miles with 20% battery left. Average speed of 14 mph and top speed of 18. Second trip put in eco mode and went 11 miles with average speed of 12.5 mph and top speed of 17 mph. Started to rain last 2 miles so put in high speed but still had 42% battery left. Third trip this morning put in eco. Really windy outside 30 to 40 mph and light rain so ground was wet. Went 12 miles and had 25% battery life left but only averaged 11 mph and top speed of 14 mph. While each of these scenarios I had power left, when you get to about halfway, speed and acceleration suffers but it's like a workhorse and does not quit but you will need to kick at times to help get up to cruising speed or up large hills. Once you get to about 25%, you will need to do substantial kicking on anything that is not flat or a downward slope but again, I haven't been able to kill it yet, battery always gets me home. Brakes work great and lights and bell are good safety features. My advice, just slow down when ever you see anything moving, people, cars, animals, anything because they don't know how to react to a person standing up and moving so fast. Be safe.
