    Good product, not as dense as expected

    Harder than expected, but does the job
    Although this foam roller is very hard and there's no give for any contour, it seems to do the job. I would like to get another one that has some padding on the outside though.

    Excellent for stretching
    I like how easy to use. I my doctor at Stanford sent me the link for this foam roller. I used to go to a physical therapy and they used the same foam to help me stretch my legs. Its very light but firm in order to strengthen the muscles. I highly recommend this item.

    Great Muscle Roller
    Since my gym is closed for the virus I was missing using the rollers, especially when my back was tight. This is just like the rollers at the gym and in my favorite color. It works great as a muscle roller, thighs, calves, back, etc.
