Appetite Suppressor and Mood Enhancer
No jitters, no caffeine to cause heart rate or blood pressure issues. I agree completely that it is an Appetite Suppressor, I had a banana for breakfast and lasted until lunch. Mood Enhancer, it has a calming effect and some energy. Great to reduce stress and get some energy (unlike caffeine that make for angry or nervous energy). I still wanted caffeine but way less, great for cutting back. This is more long term changes pill not drop 10 pounds by next week. I could resist all the extra food at thanksgiving. I had this about a week and lost a few pounds but that was with Thanksgiving desserts.

Have been working (Total Gym) out with this, have only lost 1 ible that I keep gaining back the next morning. Is doing nothing for me.
