Fiberglass Slivers!
The side sleeves for the fiberglass rods are full of fiberglass slivers! As I was putting it together I kept getting poked in my hands. I took a close look at the sleeves and they were full of fiberglass slivers. I tried calling their phone number twice but after 2 or 3 rings it just hung up, both times.

    Hands covered in metal/fiberglass splinters!
    This would be fine if the touching the poles didn't cover your hands in tiny metal or fiberglass splinters! Just initial set up, both me and my 6 year old got these tiny little splinters in our hands and fingers that are almost impossible to get out! We ended up using a magnifying glass and tweezers but still can't get some out. I don't know why they wouldn't finish these better or do something to avoid this. To avoid sending back, I wrapped the poles in black tape which fixed the problem, but what a mess.

    Great wuality and very easy to assemble and disassemble! My 12yo put it together. We use it for backyard softball practice and have even put it in the bonus room hitting practice on the rainy weeks.
