Regretting my purchase!
I guess for the area that I live in, it really is not cost effective to have to spend so much money on filters that I'm gonna have to change out in only a few weeks. We drink a lot of water everyday and I first switched from a different brand to using the ZeroWater maybe 3 weeks ago and I already have to change the filter.

    Love the flavor of our zero water
    We have 2 zero water pitchers one for drinking and one for our ice maker. We always take one with us camping. The water tastes clean and crisp. The drawback is the filters do not last very long and when they need changed you know it because the water turns VERY bitter! It's horrible when you are thirsty, take a big gulp and get that taste in your mouth. Also, I do feel the filters are expensive. Is it worth it? Unless I can find an alternative...yes it is.

    Super good
    I was a little worried, especially when people on the internet were bashing the product, but there was more positive feedback about this product so I tried it and it turned out really good. I bought like 16, or 18 filters for my dispenser unit since you get a better deal the more filters you buy at once, but just the one filter is going so strong. Over a month now, and still reading 0ppm and the water tastes great.

    New filters need higher water pressure
    The latest batch of filters are not draining well. I have the countertop 40 cup dispenser and water is staying in the pre-filter reservoir overnight even though the post filter reservoir is only half empty. I have to use enough water to drop below the filter for it to empty the pre-filter reservoir. Gravity is no longer enough to push water through the filter if any portion of it is suspended in water

    Filters are Great, Packing is Not
    Have been using Zero Water filters for over a year and recommend. They are easy to install. I use the cap from the new filter to put on the old one so it doesn't leak in the garbage. I do find them pricey. My only complaint is the cartons they come in always look like they've been "through the mill." The packaging needs a makeover, namely there is no branding, i.e., logo, the carton itself is ugly and beat-up, and it doesn't present as a quality product.

    Best filters
    So happy to receive these!!! I had ordered some thru a 3rd party before and will NEVER make that mistake again. I received USED filters. I could tell because the packaging was not sealed, and the water tasted horrible. I returned them and got a refund from them. So happy with my purchase from your company. My water FINALLY tastes great again!! Thank you!!

    Best tasting water hands down!!
    We have 2 23 cup dispensers and the 30 cup glass dispenser so this 16 pack of filters is the best deal for us!! It's the most pure tasting water ever!! We've tested many brand named bottled water and have only found a couple without contaminates in it!!

    Not Good: Cross Threading & Poor Filtering
    When I opened the package, the top inside part of the filter was torn like someone open/closed the lid really fast improperly. Assumed it's the cross threading they mentioned in the warning to avoid, so I proceed. Another issue comes up. After running it through the first filtration, I add water and the meter reads ~250, so I refilter the water and it's at 161. Decide to just filter it 3x before drinking. A few weeks later, I use the meter ahain and after the first filter, it's at 102. Should it take this long to adjust? Should I just throw it out? Really don't want to waste the filter.
