Hard mattress
This mattress is hard and very uncomfortable! Do not purchase and I mean do not!!! Save yourself time and money. It's truly a horrible mattress.

    Love it
    I already had this mattress in my sons room and when he moved into his own apartment out of state I ordered him another one he likes it that much. Mainly because it ships free directly to his door and only took a few days, super convenient. After a few days sitting out it expanded up to the full 12 inch height and is super comfortable. Way better alternative than trying to move a spring mattress for college students, highly recommend.

    Poor quality!!
    I only like given good reviews!!! unfortunately this isnt one of them!!purchased this bed in a box in 8 inches, mattress has taken way longer then expected for expansion so far 7 days to expand to 6 inches, the corners have only expanded to 5 in a half, very poor quality!!I thinking Zinus should do more research in producing a better product . After given it a test run for a good night sleep, lets Just say returning ASAP!!! affordable price.

    Worse mattress I have ever purchased, I waited 2 weeks for the mattress to expand to full size and still only reached 6 inches out of the supposed 12 inches it was supposed to expand to.

    Not taking full shape
    Mattresses corners never took shape. Still waiting to see if they do. Its now been 5 days. Still waiting for a full week to see if they do. If not, sadly I will be returning. Comfort level is wonderful, but they are just struggling to puff up in the corners.

    it's taking forever to fully expand
    it's been 72 hours and it's not fully raised to full size yet. Mostly in the middle it's raised the edges are still low. I did try it out it is nice and soft .
