Bags tear when opening
The easy open bags tear almost every time we open. Was disappointed as we have been using ziploc for years. Will be switching to a new brand for next buy

    Defective seal? Tears every time
I usually buy the regular (not freezer) bags, but we're buying more bulk these days and need to freeze a lot more; this size is ideal. But every time I open a bag to use it for the first time, it tears away right above the seal. It sounds like an ongoing issue after reading other reviews, so until it is fixed, I will have to find another solution.

    Edges tear easily
Ziploc quality is great, but these new grip seals are terrible. I've had several, quart and gallon size tear at the seal when you open them. Makes it very hard to reopen!

    Torn tabs are frustrating
I usually go with the "Brand Name" bags just for peace of mind, but this last box of bags were terrible. The cheap brand doesn't even tear as often as yours. Over half of the tabs tear off on the initial opening. I will be switching to a new brand for next buy. Where do you manufacture these now ? Wherever it is you need to change back.

I'm going to stop buying this national brand!
Of my last case of quart Ziplock freezer bags. At least 1/3 of the bags split at the opening where the thick ziplock part meets the thinner part of the bag.upon pulling it apart to put contents in the bag. I don't know why I'm paying a premium price for a bag that apparently doesn't use quality control in it's manufacturing process.

EVERY bag in the pack has ripped
I buy Ziploc bags because of their quality. However, the last pack I bought has been a disaster. The top of EVERY bag has ripped when I've tried to open them. Is this a manufacturing defect or a new normal? Regardless, I'm now thinking twice about purchasing Ziploc products.

Quart Bags are a new failure
As others have experienced I to have had 1 in 5 bags rip. And the ones that did work ripped after trying to reopen. Really only thing you can do is buy another product even if generic. Its not like I am gonna go back to the store with a bunch of ripped bags and ask for a refund. If its not broke don't fix it. Kinda like all my storage containers that because they wanna change the design I have 5 different lids to things that may or not fit.

    Horrible bags
Every bag I have used has ripped. Many as you try to open them right out of the box. If you are lucky enough to get one open without ruining it you will the next time you try to open. What a frustrating waste of money!!!! Send this one back to the drawing board!
