Great Easy Salad Shaker!
These containers make the best salad shaker! I put the dressing in the bottom of the container, then at lunch give a good shake and enjoy. The twist on lids help prevent spills. Not like the snap-on lids that sometime leak in my lunch box if it is turned over. I have bought a dozen of this brand and style containers. In my opinion a good value. They microwave well. Although I have found that if there is tomato pasta sauce in the container it tends to stain and have some white-burn-like spots afterwards at times.

Be Careful with this Vendor
The item arrived very dirty like it was stored for a long time in conditions that were not normal. Too much trouble and stress trying to return, so I will swallow this one and not use them again.

    Damage after heating up soup with it
    I used it three times to heat up my soup the first time it was perfect no problem at all. The second time it started to have signs of melted holes around the rim of the soup top edge. The third time it is very obvious that there are little holes/dent in the same area. I'm not sure if the container could take the amount of heat for heating up soups in the microwave for 2 minutes. I would recommend that to my friends for other stuff but not for heating up soups.

    versatile container
    extremely good for taking foods and lunches and anything that you would like to keep from getting crushed. I've used it for things like overnight oats. also put things like cereal and powdered milk in there to be able to take backpacking. Great little containers that are easy to clean, stack nicely and of course are relatively inexpensive so if you hurt them you can replace them.

    great quality last for years
    I have bought both sizes (medium & small) of twist 'n loc for years and I love them. They are sturdy and last. I use them for leftovers like veggies & mashed potatoes, I freeze my homemade soups and gravy (Red sauce) in them all the time. They hold up to dishwasher as well although I usually wash them myself. My family however throws everything in dishwasher... My only issue is that the medium size has been MIA from my grocery stores lately and I can only find the small. They are great but the medium size is my go to for freezing. I will keep looking, I adore these containers

    Great for freezer
    I use these for storing many things in my freezer...soup, chili, spaghetti sauce, etc. They are the perfect size for a serving for 2 (at least). I have been using these for many years and find them perfect for liquids and solids. However, I do have to say I do place them in an upright position, so can't dispute other reviews that say they leak when carried in a backpack, etc., but for freezer and refrigerator storage, they are "just the ticket"! I also love them, because they are reusable and reasonably priced.

    Reliable for Transport
    Looking at these other reviews I noticed the reason I LOVE the container and others don't. I use the container to reliably transport "mushy foods" to work and school. The twist top locks into place so being jostled about it doesn't risk being knocked off by something else in my duffle or leaking, in any position. I am NOT putting pure liquids into the container, it's not a water bottle, its a container, for food.

    Sturdy & Ample Capacity
    These containers are good for storing most anything in a sealed environment. We use them to hold liquids (soup, for example), and dry items such as pasta, coffee, and even non-food items like screws and small hardware pieces. We have some older ones that are still serving. The caps are interchangeable between the various sizes. I'd certainly recommend them to a friend.
