Wonderful Luggage
I love this luggage is so durable and so pretty I love it. I just have to get the medium luggage to go with my cotton candy collection.

Disappointed
The box arrived destroyed, almost open, I could see the wheel from it, when I grabbed the box to put inside the house it completely ripped, I just had to turn upside down to get the suitcase out. The suitcase is damaged, with scratches and kneads, what make me think that if just with the delivery this happened imagine on a travel. I'm extremely disappointed.

    Not Durable Enough for Frequent Travel
    2 stars because the suitcase is cute and it held up for a year before one of the wheels nearly came off- decent. I am now in search of a more durable suitcase though.

    Cheap product, bad customer service
    Coming apart after one trip, less than a month after purchase. Customer service is horrible trying to get a warranty replacement. I'm being told they only have one color available, yet the color I purchased along with others are available for purchase on most websites. Beware, this product is very cheap, warranty is limited coverage, and if covered you most likely won't get the color you purchased. They won't even notify you if they get a shipment of other colors, you have to keep asking. I also noticed inside the lining, the wheels are only sealed by a strip of crafting foam so I worry that will fall apart next.

    I loved this bag!
    When I bought this bag, I had read reviews that even though it felt thin and flimsy, it was actually quite strong. The first time I used it for an flight, it came back pretty scratched up. The second time damaged beyond repair. It truly is flimsy. Do not recommend it for bags you will be checking.

    Great Luggage - Baffled Surprise
    Love the luggage…but extremely annoyed it was delivered in a marked box when it was intended to be a gift…completely blew the surprise.

    Trash luggage
    This bag is trash! It arrived damaged! Dented, and made super flimsy ! I doubt it will hold up on a flight if it arrives damaged! Getting refund asap!

    Surprised by all the positive reviews. This suitcase is cheap at not well-made. It was completely destroyed after the first time I checked it at the airport. Do not recommend whatsoever!!!

    HMMMMM.. Yeah it's good
    So I got the luggage for my daughter for an upcoming trip. It came pretty quick which was nice. But when it arrived it came in a "Sterilite" box "3 drawer wide weave tower" OK Whatever it's just a box! When I took the luggage out to inspect zippers, and wheels. When I opened it to check the liner I noticed a big lump under it. Carefully opening it hoping nothing is going to jump out at me it ended up being a set of pillow shams??? Check the top liner and 2 MORE LUMPS??? Okie Dokie! unzip that one and its another set of pillow shams and a childs bicycle helmet??? I did not order these items! I called Walmart.com and they told me to throw them away. HMMMM OK. I believe this was an item that was taken from the shelf in a store somewhere. Someone must have tried to steel those items or was going to come back later and collect the luggage with the items in it. If the shams were a different color I would use them for myself, and the helmet is too small and "babyish" for my daughter. Guess I can sell them. I don't think the luggage was used because it has no scuffs and still has the tags as seen in the picture. When we return from our trip I will update with how it held up on the plane.
