iHome Silicone Impact Case
This case is awesome. I drop my phone a lot so I really like this protective case. So far it seems to be protecting my phone. I ordered the case with the black back and I think it looks very sleek. It's easy to put on and take off. It's comfortable to hold in your hand.

Not Much Protection
I did not find this case helpful in preventing damage to my phone. The case did not offer any protection of my screen. When I laid it flat on my desk my screen touched the desk. My current case does not have the screen protector portion but the case is made thick enough so the screen does not touch the surface should I drop it. This case; however, is a much sleeker option.

    Not A Great Fit For Me
    This case from iHome for the iPhone XR has features that I really like to protect your phone, but it also has flaws. The cases exterior is made of a durable silicone material. It's the type of silicone that isn't so rubbery that it sticks to fabric when in your pocket. I have always preferred cases that have a soft exterior capable of absorbing a drop. Silicone is one of the better materials for absorbing a drop. It tends to deform when hit, whereas many other, more rigid materials, will transfer the shock of a drop directly into your phone. The back of the case has a grippy material that prevents it from sliding on some smooth surfaces. The case is designed like a standard iPhone case with two openings for the speakers, one for the charge port, and flexible buttons. The inside of the case has a kind of absorbent material that will absorb a limited amount of moisture. My two complaints are that the case doesn't have a very tight fit, meaning it tends to come off easily and it can happen when you don't want it to. The other is on the screen side, the lip of the case only comes up a few millimeters. I prefer a case with a thick lip. That way, if you drop your phone screen down, it can land on a small rock or other piece of debris without puncturing or cracking your screen or screen protector. Overall, this case by iHome has some good features and some that, I personally, don't really like. So I have to give this case 3 stars. I won't be using it as my primary case.

    This case is flexible for ease of inserting and removing phone. It is made of a material that is easy to hold and not slippery. There are holes in the case for necessary phone operations. The front part of the phone is clear so I does not cover screen. The design is very good

    Great product and works well.
    I received this product, iHome | Velo Silicone Impact Case for iPhone 6/7/8 Plus, through the Spark Reviewer program. This is my favorite at the moment. I find this case to be very protective and has a trendy professional look to it. It is easy to hold the edges are a bit rounded off, and the material is premium silicone, so it doesn't slip out of your hand. What I like most is there is no clip that will catch on clothing from daily use. The volume and power buttons are recessed in the case, so a little harder to push then in some cases, but for me, that is okay, its a trade-off for a case with good shock absorption and drop tested to the military-grade standard. I've had cases that wrap around the front a little better. Still, this is not a deal-breaker. So there is no front or display protection. All the sides, back, and edges are protected. I do recommend this product. It is tough as nails. So that you know, you can also wireless charge your device with this case.

    Smooth to the Touch
    I'm here to review the Velo Silicone Phone Case. This is a very nice case. The color black & clear makes for a clean and hip look. This case makes holding the phone very comfortable. The suede-like texture feels real smooth. It adds comfort and at the same time, provides a nice grip. The phone stays out in your hands. There isn't any sliding. This phone case to me, is everthing in one: style, comfort and protection. This was one of my favorite reviews. I recommend this case highly. Thank you.

    Lightweight, durable case!!
    First let me mention this is for a 6+, 7+ or 8+ at first I mistakenly thought 6,7 or 8+...so just wanted to clarify for everyone else ;) the case is lightweight, has a little give so its easy to put on and fit to your phone without pulling a muscle ;) it's durable and despite the short time I've owned it, I've dropped it multiple times and had no issues. The back is smooth and feels good when In your hand but still can easily slip into a pocket. Great all around case!!

The corners of the front have a slim protection around them making it almost even with the screen. The back seems very well cushioned to protect the battery but more protection is needed around the front part too.

    comfortable in the hand
    This phone case is in the shape and size to fit an iPhone X or iPhone XS. I don't think the picture captures it well, but the back of the case feels like velvet. It's not though. It's plastic! The case is very easy to snap onto the phone, adding a bumper to the sides, protecting the buttons along the sides and bottom from spills, and adding another bumper to the front so if it falls face down it has a buffer. I like this case a lot and would recommend it to anyone with this size of iPhone.
