RUN AWAY FROM RCA!!
These tablets have numerous issues that RCA/Venturer is obviously clearly aware of! RCA is not really RCA anymore, but Venturer Electronics- who sell a terrible product with terrible repair/customer service. Quantity over quality. SAD!

    Worst equipment I have ever owned.
    This is the worst product I have ever purchased in any category. Worse than any toothpaste, blouse or leaf blower that I have ever owned. Now that I want to remove my ID so I can give it to charity, I learn I need to buy or borrow an additional keyboard to do so. The SINGLE person who handles tech, who is very nice, is apologetic, but her hands are tied. Watch out.

    I like it but I did not know it would be as heavy as it is I have trouble picking up stuff sometimes but other than that I like it the price was good I like you can use it as a laptop and a tablet my color was good not a loud pink I would other again

    I was hoping slthe positive reviews out weighed the negative but unfortunately not. I uave had this almost 1 week and it does. NOTHING but update (or tell me I have new updates) each time I try to use it. It is cute, love the option of laptop or tab and I think would be a great item for simple things.. music, notes, etc. but if I cant use it or it is needing updates all the time, that does not matter. It is BRAND NEW, I did update when I turned it on why are there MORE each day. That does not make sense. I am returning it and I would not recommend.

    had this "tablet" less than a week and it started to do a windows update. after over 12 hours at 0% it shut itself off and now is stuck on a black screen with a bunch of codes on it. called tech support and was given instructions on how to reformat it using a flash drive off another computer. apparently "their" version of windows isn't compatible with Microsofts version so any windows updates the tablet does will crash the system. I tried to do the reformat as instructed and no luck. they offered to have me send it back to be fixed at my expense both ways. or to return it again at my expense for shipping. no way! it's only been a week it should be under full warranty. the local (oneonta ny) store wont return it since it was purchased online so now I'm stuck with a piece of worthless garbage

    Bad charger. Read reviews before buying
    Bought this 12.19.17. Charged it for 3 hours and the plug that went in the wall was so hot it took about 45 minutes for the wall plate to cool down. Never got past 19%. The next day I charged it at work and after 8 hours it never got past 19%. The power supply burnt out. I returned it on 12.20.17. The reviews all said the same thing about the charger problems. It needs a bigger charger to handle the current. DO NOT BUY THIS or any other iView's for they all have the same problems. Seems to be the norm with 10-11 inch 2 in 1 tablets....
