Not worth the hassle
The $19 price says it all. Its cheaply made. The product is drop shipped from the manufacturer. I ordered two and it was shipped in a large bubble pack envelope, not a box. The envelope arrived filthy. The contents were crushed. I went to the store to return and the their customer service was closed an hour and a half earlier than the store. This was my first time ordering from Walmart and it will be my last.

It might work if used for 5 minutes on object.
I use sanatizing lights to kill mold in gourmet mushroom bags. This light was held over mold for over 3 minutes and did not cause condensation or puff the bag up (a sign the mold is decaying). I tried several other mold spots holding up close and about 12 inches for over 10 mins combined. I use one that worked so well in about 30 secs. It had no name and feels like it's malfunctioning because it gets so hot where the battery is. I took pictures of before and after the the wand I purchased from Walmart, it looks different color but it should be wet from killing mold. Both lights make the the bag crinkle and expand with air but it shouldn't take so long to work.

Impossible to tell if it's working, impractical
You have to hold this so close to be effective, and it says it takes 30 seconds, so it's very tedious to move so slowly over surfaces. It's much easier to just spray a cloth with rubbing alcohol and wipe down my keyboard etc. Not really practical.

    It's not as I expected .
I assumed I could use it to clean items delivered from Shopping on line. I charged it and read instructions, then Learned that wand should be held in one place for 30 Seconds, Bummer.. I wanted to wave the wand over can goods and be done. I use it mostly now for my mail.

    Pleasantly surprised
Husband works in an emergency room where they use the big UV-C machines to decontaminate the rooms. He constantly told me about the smell that happened after the cleaning. He called it burnt hair. So...I got this and didnt expect much for the price but we believe it is actually working. I charged it and tried it according to the directions and we got the burnt hair smell. We plan on trying to grow some specimens...home boredom and see if it kills the germs. Pretty sure it will but it will kill a Saturday afternoon

It works but not sure if it works!
I am not sure this is working but it works as far as lighting up, but I did have to learn how to tilt it. I thought it was broken at first but that was a safety feature. Got it through Walmart Pickup so I had it fast and in under a day. The same product is way more expensive than other retailers I've seen so if you're thinking about buying it, at least it's less expensive here. I am going to try it in my classroom. I might pass it off to the science lab to see if they can test to see if it actually works.

    I LIKE IT
Does what is said , I only gave it 4 stars because the lamp does not have a cover , bulb can be easily broken ( this is a replacement, the first one came with the bulb broken )

A We won't travel without it!
Cordless, rechargeable, hours of use between recharging, light weight, low profile, packs easy, great for traveling and home. My husband is a pilot, he uses this in hotel rooms for beds, bathrooms, doorknobs, remotes, phones, etc. We have 2 for our home as well. It is convenient for everything. We have used/tested it up to 2 hours steady on without an issue. You have to hold it tilted down (away from your face) to power it on with a long press like turning on a phone or a tablet (safety feature) until you see the blue light above the power button (see photo). Short press for off. Once it is lit you can place it upright, flat bottom, or on it's flat side on a bathroom counter or end table and leave it on. The box says 10 seconds over each area, but we just point it at the area and leave it on while in a different room, then do the same on the end table with the covers pulled down on the bed to do the pillows and sheets. One can never tell in hotels how clean things are. Note: It is sensitive to direction as a safety feature, the light will go off at certain angles to keep it from eyes or touching. It's not broken, and the learning curve on the position is quick. When packing put the bulb end in some sort of cover, like a clean spare sock and a plastic baggy to protect the bulb. So far no issues with packing/traveling with it.
