Feels great underfoot
Heavy quality that feels great under our feet. I didn't know just how much difference it would make to layer it under a cowhide we have (both over hardwood) and it feels like the missing piece to our living room.

Smells like mildew
First off I like the look and size BUT Smells like mildew bad. I have been airing it out for 3 days and had to spray vinegar and water on it with fans on it to help. I think it's working but a brand new rug should never smell like this. Very disappointing. Only bought this rug to stage our house we selling and now it smells like mildew in my living room. I'm giving it one more day to see if the smell gets better and if not I will have to try to return or just throw it away.

    Quality product and great customer service
    We were pleasantly surprised by how soft it is. It gave our room a whole different look and warmed up our wood floors. The customer service is unbelievable, hands down. Great quality and fast shipping too.

    Rug color disparity
    Very nice rug. However the photos online of the “blue” rug are very different from the actual rug. Based on website photos, I expected a more turquoise blue rug. However, the rug is actually a dark blue.

    Sage jute rug
    Love the sage color. Tried to order the blue but received navy instead, so ordered sage because the navy was too dark. Giving 4 stars only because there are some pieces in the rug that are sharp (because it's a natural jute rug) that you have to sort of pull up and tuck under other pieces. Overall really happy with the sage color!

    I love my new sturdy rug!
    Ordered the blue and absolutely love it! it is a very substantial rug and works well under our kitchen table. It's not super soft under your feet (that wasn't a priority for me), but it's fine even with bare feet. I think this rug would work well in any high traffic/highly used area/

    Good Quality, Casual Rug
    It is attractive and even without a rug pad (14 ft) stays in place on a hardwood floor. I personally believe it doesn't work for my style but if it's your style I would say it's a great deal. It does shed too much for my taste but it's jute so I guess jute is not for me. It feels fine underfoot and appears it will last a decent amount of time. It's just too casual for my taste but it is a quality item.

    Rug was damp when delivered. It arrived in a bag and you could see the condensation all over it. Because of this, it has a musty/mildewy smell. I expected the jute to have a natural smell.. but this isn't it. It smells stale. Luckily we live in Florida so the rug has been sitting in the hot sun for 2 days airing out. The smell has subsided some but I'm still hesitant to bring it inside. It's also very rough- not comfortable on your feet at all. I bought it to add some texture to our living room so I'll probably have to buy another rug to layer on top. A lot of work just to use this rug in our home. Overall pretty disappointing.

    Pretty but sheds like crazy
    This rug is so pretty and looks great but sheds like crazy and has pulls all over. Expected some shedding as it is a natural rug, however, it comes out of the tassels in chunks. Sadly will be reaching out to customer service to return.
