SO DISAPPOINTED!
SO DISAPPOINTED! Rug has more waves than the ocean! Nothing we do gets it flattened out. We think it was stretched too much during rolling. One end has almost a one inch indentation at the edge - you can literally see the binding curve in. Very poor quality. Need a whole house of rugs but won't fall for this junk again. Wish anyone cared about quality and customer service anymore.

    Good buy.
    Well packed and arrived quickly! Accurate description-thin but used under a bed so I skipped a pad. Slightly crooked along one edge kept this from rating 5.

    Beautiful Ivory Rug with a Touch of Gray
    The rug is beautiful. I wish there was more gray throughout the rug, it is very ivory with only a light gray pattern.

    Not very impressed
    It's ok. First off, it's not my first choice of rug. The first one I ordered became unavailable the day it was supposed to arrive. It not a very thick or soft rug. We replaced a previous rug (because the previous rug was about 5 years old) and it was time. So far I'm just not impressed with the quality or look. The rug pad is “premium” yet feels so thin I wouldn't even call it a rug pad vs. slip mat. It has Been down for about 2 weeks (although we've been out of town) yet the rug still won't lay flat.

    Nice rug
    This rug is thin, but soft. The rug pad makes it seem a little nicer. I like that the pattern is muted and the colors are nice. The grays are a little blue and green, but the rug looks very neutral. We returned another rug that was listed as gray but it looked very blue in our space.

    Pretty but needs a pad underneath for more comfort
    The look I love, the materials not so much but it's doable. It's thinner then I thought it would be and the shag isn't very thick and soft. I think it would be better with a thick rug pad underneath, which I plan to get eventually. It's also taking a while to lay completely flat but hopefully that will come.

    Nice rug, but not cut straight
    The print and color of this rug is beautiful. It is very thin and the sides of mine are not cut in a straight line. It is very noticeable against my floor tile.
