Highly recommend for the price
This is a great monitor for the Series X/S, and PC too. Huge upgrade from a standard 24” 1080p monitor. The stand is height adjustable, and has tilt/lean. Helps a lot with getting cables plugged in. Overall highly recommend for the price.

Get a better one
When things are to good to be true. I purchased this hoping it would be a great buy. For the price I told myself “what could go wrong”. Well it went wrong. This monitor just didn't work. I tried everything. I even called the number on the manual and they said I had to return it. Like my computer knows it's connected but won't show any images. And the little joy stick on the back doesn't work. I can't go into the settings on the monitor. I should of just spend more money and got a better quality monitor

    great display, great price
This is an excellent upgrade from using 60Hz TVs as a display for my computers. The 165Hz and higher resolution is very noticeable. Very nice curved display, solid stand, and mulitple inputs make for a great upgrade. The only downside I can think of is the joystick-type controls but thats my own personal dislike.

    Awesome entry level 1440p monitor
Very easy to set up and loved the fact that it had a height adjustable stand. Came included with both a DisplayPort cable and hdmi cable. Settings menu is pretty easy to use. Had to turn on adaptive sync on the monitor before I could turn on freesync in amd software and I was ready to roll. Great monitor to step into 1440p gaming.

Good quality but not 1ms response time
The display quality is good and the 165mhz is accurate, but the monitor does not offer a 1ms reponse time. When you try and change the response time on the monitor to 1ms the screen becomes very dark and loses all brightness. False advertisement would not recommend for competitive gamers.

    Worth it and more.
great quality picture and fps, i paired through nvidia control panel with my evga 3070 ti. Your better off using the included display cable for higher refresh rates. the monitor doesn't get to hot while gaming or streaming. Do not doubt this ONN brand it works great out of the box, you may have to adjust some settings from the monitor itself to your liking. For this price point I do recommend this monitor instead of spending $200 or more just because of a brand name. Sure the ips panels are better but like I said at this price point you can't really complain. I've been a happy owner for just over month and have no regrets at just over $200 it is a steal.

Great product for films and gaming
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a great product! The quality is amazing and the curve is super good! I love the rotation on the stand as can turn in for my desk or use to watch in bed with having to move the whole unit. Also got delivered a day early so very happy

    Great value
The size and quality of this monitor are fantastic for the price. It was a massive upgrade from a 23-inch 1080p monitor. Also, to run 165 HZ, you need to use the Displayport cable and not the HDMI cable.

Great monitor - just not for gaming
Let me start by saying that this monitor's VA panel is nice. The colors are great and vibrant, the contrast ratio is awesome, and I think the 1500R curve on this 27" is just right. If you're iffy on curves, a 1500R is at least worth trying. For productivity and work use, this monitor is awesome. Text is really clear, and if you're switching from a 1080p monitor, the QHD resolution will give you more real estate, which you'll definitely appreciate. But let's talk about gaming. The advertised 1ms response time, as with all manufacturers, is far from accurate, and the response time kills this monitor. You'll get inverse ghosting (if you don't know what that is, Google it) if you even try to scroll too quickly through an email. On standard response time settings, you'll have a noticeable, albeit quite subtle, difference in response in comparison with TN panels, most IPS panels, and even slightly more expensive VA panels. (Note that I'm comparing the response time on this monitor from three reference monitors, two of which are "for gaming." They are: Dell P2419HC, Dell S2421HGF, and the fan-favorite budget gaming monitor, the Gigabyte M27Q.) If you turn the response time settings onto overdrive, the ghosting is absolutely unbearable, even in office applications, let alone games. Not to mention that, as other reviewers have noted, the monitor gets about half as bright when in overdrive mode - you'll have to turn out your lights to see it, almost. My verdict -- this is a great, inexpensive productivity and office monitor (just not for work that requires color accuracy, of course). If you can get more features in a 27-inch curved QHD 60 hertz monitor, though, buy it instead. The refresh rate on this monitor is completely wasted -- it's just not good for gaming because of its cripplingly bad response time, terrible ghosting, and bad brightness when in overdrive response time mode.

    Great monitor
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Love this monitor. I bought it as a secondary monitor to supplement an MSI model with similar specs while working from home (I wanted the same resolution) and this monitor has actually replaced the MSI monitor and the MSi is now the secondary monitor.

    Outstanding monitor. Very good price.
Very pleased with the monitor. No dead pixel and very high contrast and bright colors. The colors fade considerably when the 1ms refresh rate is set so I disabled it. I did not manage to set the monitor at 166Hz. Maybe it is a limitation of my video card. The max Windows 10 allows me is 144Hz. Other than that, it is an outstanding monitor.

    Great monitor for the price!
I hardly ever write reviews but this monitor is very good for the price. Definitely the cheapest 1440p monitor with 165 Hz. Out of the box, the smeariness is pretty bad. When I turned up the Over Drive setting I started getting artifacts and it looked a lot worse. I turned on G-Sync in my Nvidia Control Panel and also turned on Adaptive-Sync on the monitor. This made my gaming SOOOOO much better. I saw some reviews saying it only goes to 144 Hz but that's if you use the HDMI cable. Onn included a DisplayPort cable as well. My computer also wouldn't let me turn on G-Sync with HDMI so make sure you're using DisplayPort. The adjustability for the price is amazing. My previous monitor had no adjustability and sat way too low at my desk. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because of two reasons. First, the monitor came with a dead pixel. Its near the bottom corner of the screen so its honestly not a big deal. I contacted Walmart and they gave me a discount. The second reason is because of the brightness. I tried looking on google and looking all over the box but I could not find out how many nits the monitor is. You definitely lose some contrast with the brightness being so low, but overall the picture is pretty good. Definitely better than 1080p.
