Awesome tv
This tv is a great size... I have it in my Living room and it really makes it feel like a theater in there it is a very clear picture and great sound! The tv has lots of great features like being able to watch internet tv with the roku channel for free and it can connect to many other platforms! I would highly recommend this tv!!!!

A joke
I have been fighting with Walmart and Onn and Element for 6 weeks to get an exchange as my warranty 70in tv has vertical lines running through. They continue to deny an in store exchange, the 844-334-2355 number is a joke. The corporate number continues to refer it back to the Walmart customer care team who continues to refer it back to the store who continues to refer it back to Elements. 9 times of the run around for a TV in the warranty period. I have reference number after reference number and email after email and store manager name after supervisor name. Customer Service at Walmart is beyond ridiculous.

    BROKEN UPON DELIVERY No idea if TV is a quality product, was damaged in shipping. Also, shipper left it outside. Didn't even bother to knock to let me know it was there. The amount of time it took to arrive, was more than twice the expectation at ordering. All of the shipping confirmation says signature required, Don't believe it! Horrible, shipping company !

    Okay, but defective very quick.
    Overall a okay tv. After about a week it developed a pink bar running from the middle of the bottom to the middle of the screen. Anytime your are watching a movie or show in the dark or a darker scene it shows like a sore thumb. Having trouble getting a replacement which is very frustrating.

    Excellent Customer Support; Great Picture & Sound
    I have only had my onn 65" Roku TV for a month or so so I cannot fairly give a 5 star rating since not enough time has passed to see how durable and long lasting it is. Maybe in a few years, but for now I CAN fairly assess it as a great television so far. The sound and the picture are both clear and rich. The remote control is simple and compact so very easy to handle and operate. Setup was quick and easy and navigation is as well. I REALLY like the live TV pause and rewind option too and couldn't believe how simple it was to set up and is to utilize. But... this is my second month of my second tv set after having to return the first one I bought when it got a few vertical black lines on the right side of the screen after barely two months of owning it. But let me tell you, onn customer support was AMAZING! I talked to real humans who were friendly, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. And they didn't interrogate me trying to find a way for it to be a result of mishandling the device so as to void the warranty. They heard me out and looked at a few pictures I sent them and had a refund issued by check swiftly. USPS delivered it within about a week. Thankfully I found the same model at a store less than a half hour from my house and had a replacement set up and going good by the end of the day. Although it was super easy and pretty fast it did somewhat cost me a few dollars in the long run because the refund was for the selling price minus the sales tax and the extended warranty I bought at the store for the device was an absolute waste of money. I try not to fret about the $70-$80 or so dollars convincing myself and my boyfriend that it was the angel's share and we shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth. This device is approaching the age of death for the first one and if it breezes by and if I'm still enjoying this same television in a few years I'll try to remember to edit this review to include that fifth star.

    TV was delivered a day late and according to the information I received from the company delivering it (Pilot) first said it would arrive on March 23rd and had to be signed for. Then recv'd notification that it was to arrive on the 25th of March and it was in town. I recv'd it on March 28th and no one had to sign for it and it makes me wonder if I had not walked out if they would have left it in my yard? The Tv has great color and very clear. It's the delivery company I am concerned more about.

    Disappointed that 70 inch Tv is cracked
    Received 70” Onn Tv and unboxed it today and the screen was shattered. I am seriously disappointed. I have had great delivery experiences on majority of items bought online. But the past 3 month it’s been a hit or miss. I have no idea we’re the disconnect is stocking person, loader person and delivery person are simply not careful with the items, or they leave the grocery at the wrong house. This super disappointing to us the consumer. One thing I would request it that all the above working people I mentioned please be proud of what you do for living. In these trying times we should be lucky that we have jobs to be able to work and afford little things like a tv that is not cracked.
