I love this toothbrush. It is much quieter than a regular electric toothbrush. The only complaint that I have is that it is locked in a glass case and you have to get an associate to open it.

Cheap and don't work
I've bought 2 of these now that stopped working after 2-3 months. I replaced the batteries several times and it doesn't make a difference, it stops working within a few days. I will be going back to Sonicare.

Toothbrush great when covering it back with the case after vacations and other things it mildewed very quickly. Would benefit from some type of holes to dry out

    Easy, Convenient, Effective
This is the best toothbrush I have ever owned. Cost is on the high end, in my opinion, but WORTH EVERY PENNY. We love the scheduled mailings that deliver a new toothbrush head and battery every few months. Clear directions are provided, thank you, for tricky-at-first head and battery changes. Easy after you see it work a couple times. Compact, easy to use, AND MY BEST DENTAL CHECKUPS IN MY LIFE.

    Waste of money
Completely stops working after a month or so. New batteries do not help. Bought several of these tooth brushes all end up having the same issue

    HORRIBLE product
If I could give this toothbrush ZERO stars, I would. I do not recommend this at all. I bought the quip because I was in the market for a replacement electric toothbrush and had heard good things about quip. I purchased in November and since then it had been horrible. Some instances I have to press the button to turn it back on around 5 times because it randomly just turns off. Very inconveniently placed button, especially when having to turn it back on because it decides to not vibrate. This product sucks and I'm going back to my sonicare toothbrush that's for sure.

    Don't believe the lifetime warranty
I bought two brushes. One works fine. The other constantly malfunctions. Good luck trying to contact anyone from quip because they don't have a phone number and they don't respond to emails. The virtual assistant is worthless. Lifetime warranty? No. Read about it.

Toothbrushes didn't work, unable to get refund
Just a word of warning, if you receive a faulty toothbrush, ask for a refund right away. My first toothbrush that I received didn't work, which was fine, and when I reached out I was sent a replacement right away. The possibility of a refund was not mentioned in my first conversation, but that was my mistake. I was then sent a second faulty toothbrush, but by the time I reached out again, I was told that I was outside the 30 day window for a refund. The 30 day window started when I received my first tooth brush, so by offering a replacement first I had very limited time to claim a refund. I should have been more aware of the refund policy, but I received two toothbrushes that stopped working within 2 weeks of receiving them but was unable to claim a refund because of the 30 day policy. So be wary for faulty products and just get a refund the first time.

Vibration never stayed on, brush disassembled during brushing
The brush worked for a handful of times and then the vibration just turned off after about 5sec of brushing. I believe it is the design of where the button for the vibration is and how the vibration is activated; if you grip the brush or apply pressure to your teeth the contact needed with the battery disengages. I thought the battery had just died and I had to replace it but I repalced with a fresh battery they shipped and it did the same thing. And then at one point the brush head popped off while I was brushing and made me gag. I'm not sure why they created it so the battery insertion point is a break away hinge right at the middle of the brush where the stress would be highest during brushing, but they did. Perhaps I don't brush the way this toothbrush is intended. If they offer me a refund I would be satisfied as I gave it a go and it wasn't for me. Also, who needs toothpaste refills that often? Toothpaste is supposed to be used sparingly, a dab will do for each use. If they are the experts they claim to be they would know this but I think they would rather make money on selling you a prescription refill of a whole tube of toothpaste every 3 months. I appreciate what they are trying to do but the plastic brush that I got was a failure.

Toothbrush is amazing, but don't get the floss.
I absolutely love my toothbrush. Other electric toothbrushes that I have gotten in the past were way too bulky for my mouth. I never felt like they got my back teeth good enough. I just always felt like I couldn't get to my back molars and if I did I would have to like pull my face in all weird directions to get the toothbrush to fit back there. With quip their toothbrush is nice and sleek and it gets back there really well. I also love the timer and that it helps you focus on all four quadrants of your mouth. The only thing I dislike is the floss pic. I got it because I wanted to help the environment. I absolutely hate flossing but will do it if I have a pick. I mean I use the floss part but I just don't like putting the floss in my hands. I feel like I can't grip it so I will only floss if I have the pick. Like I said I really wanted to help the environment so I like the fact that I didn't have to keep throwing away the plastic part. I could just keep re-stringing it. The floss rips in my teeth though. I am lucky if I can floss between one tooth. After I bring it back up it's all rips into shreds and I have to go in with real floss and get the shreds out of my teeth. It's like it's actual string and it's not coded with anything to help it glide between your teeth. Granted my teeth are very close together on my bottom row, but normal floss gets in between fine. I'm super disappointed about the floss but the toothbrush is great.
