Great for kids and adults.
Bought this for my 9yr old. Works great. Vibrations are strong and the integrated 2 minute timer is a big plus.

Battery damaged the brush
Battery was melted in the brush. Took foreverrrrr to get the battery out and it was absolutely disgusting.

    Compact, Sleek-Looking, Low Vibration
First of all, if a toothbrush can be good-looking, this one takes the cake. It's modern, sleek, compact and have great portability. The only downside I have found thus far is that the vibration is very low, which sort of defeats the purpose of an electric toothbrush.

    You need this toothbrush.
I absolutely love the quip toothbrush and toothpaste. Brushing my teeth is actually fun now, rather than a chore. I have recommended this toothbrush to everyone I know.

    Small, sleek, and quiet.
loving this toothbrush. Fits in the holder with my family's manual brushes. Looks good. Brushes well and is quiet. I bought it for the slim design and so far brush to performing well.

Tried Quip For 2 Years... I give up
For two years I used quip so this review isn't without a lot of use. The refills are the best part, unfortunately the toothbrush itself and quips exchange policy leaves a lot to desire. Our entire family switched to quip and a few times a year we would need to have them replaced, washers would get lost, motors would stop working etc. At first this process was easy but over time it's gotten so complicated it's as if they want you to leave. Replacing the brush heads is always gross. The connection between the head and the body is always caked with mold and dried up toothpaste. I don't need my toothbrush to require more maintenance than my car. I tried quip for years, wanted it to work, but ultimately on my 3rd failure in 2 years I'm giving up.

    yes, baby
Don't get me wrong, I do really, really like my new toothbrush…as sheepish as I feel admitting such things out loud. That said would be perfect if handle portion had better grip-ability and the help-to-not-rollover nubs were maybe bigger and worked for me. Piddly stuff I know…but as I said at the start, I really really do like my new toothbrush, its travel/storage case options and Quips 3-monthly resupply program. BTW, ❤️ the floss and dispenser too.

    It's perfect
I love that I don't have to have a charger on my countertop. I love that my toothbrush can stay inside the medicine cabinet. The brush holder is a great accessory and sticks anywhere. And I love that I don't have to think about brush heads or toothpaste. Set it and forget it.

    Will inevitable break
We really loved these brushes at first - until they suddenly stopped working. The motors on both of our brushes died at the 2 year mark. They allegedly have a lifetime warranty, but I have filled out the warranty claims and after months, still have yet to hear back. I am cancelling our refill plans, tossing the brushes and switching to Phillips One.

    Don't do it!
Don't be fooled by sleek looks. The design is flawed and t he quality poor. To change heads or batteries you have to bend the toothbrush and risk breaking it. The power is marginal. Customer service fairly non-existent: claims to replace damaged product are so limited that they are pointless. I went with a Phillips electric toothbrush with logical design for same money. Better built and easy to travel with. Phillips has been around for decades, Quip I like their toothbrush is not built to last.

    Would not recommend
I used this toothbrush for over a year after my sonicare died and have a lot of opinions about it. The one positive is that it looks nice. Unfortunately it did not clean my teeth and I developed mild gingivitis about 8 months after switching and ended up going back to a sonicare. My gingivitis has not returned since then. Another issue I ran into is that after replacing the battery 3 or 4 times the battery connection started failing and it would be really random if it could run for the full 2 minute cycle or not. To me this was no better than a regular manual toothbrush.

    Best and portable electric toothbrush
I have the gold handle quip for myself. It's really the best electric toothbrush. The pulsing is firm but still gentle and it's not noisy. I ordered the slate for my husband . His stopped working after 2 weeks. I have to get in touch with customer service this week. He did really like his brush when he started using it.
