It was an all white screen with a gray stripe. We tried multiple laptops and HDMI cords but were never able to get a picture on the screen. The return process was great though.MV

I only received a "Delay" comment on my FedEx tracking. I spent the better part of one day on the phone and online with Walmart and FedEX trying to track them down and personally spoke with two FedEx managers at my local shipping terminal; they could not locate the monitors!! I finally decided to cancel my "online" order and went to the Hartselle, AL Walmart and purchased two monitors, thinking if they did deliver I would take them back to a Walmart store for a refund.Celia

I received one that same day in the evening and the other I got early the next day. As I work from home the quickness of the delivery was key to my purchase. Our only concern with this buy is that the HDMI High Speed cable that came with the monitor didn't work at all so I had to use the HDMI cable from my XBOX to make it work and now we have to take turns until we buy a new high speed HDMI cable, otherwise this purchase would have received 5 stars.Aaron

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/18/2021Samsung 396 Curved Monitor Review.I bought (2) of these together to sit side by side on a wall mount behind my desk. In my opinion, 27 inches is a bit too big. The refresh rate says 60hertz but it has issues with streaming live sports. Very choppy. Other than this, the Samsung 396 curved monitor was a good buy at $149.00. But I wouldnt have paid more, and honestly I would prefer to have gone with 24 inches on the size. I would only recommend the 27 inch or larger if you have at least 5 feet between your eyes and the monitor.Joseph
