    Good Value
Good value... however i thought the "heavy" tension band would be about 50% stronger

It's a NO for me. Zero stars.
These are terrible. Got them for 21 day fix and very frustrated that I cannot use them. WAY too big. They're HUGE. Zero resistance to the point they slide down my legs. Who are these even for???

You get 3 different strengths. I use them for physical therapy and regular stretching. Very good material. At least in my view.

    Great quality for price
These bands do the job they were intended for. They are strong and seem to hold up well. I recently started physical therapy and decided to buy these to be able to do the exercises at home. Amazing deal for the price.

Perfect for physical therapy and yoga.
Using for at-home physical therapy for strength and balance. Also for yoga stretches. Works very well, and with three levels of resistance, easy to adjust to needs.

    BUY IT!!!!!!!!
I don't know what the fuzz of not knowing which is what. Probably they lack of the use of common sense. Listen, sorry. Read. Buy it before price is jacked or no more. Am recovering from a motorcycle accident and this a alternative to weights, it actually tuning my body already. I stretch far and no sign of tearing up. Am glad that I got them, lite and they don't take space. from now on they will be in my luggage when ever am traveling. O=Light B=Medium G= Heavy.

It is not that hard to figure out...
I almost didn't buy these bands because of low star rating, but then I read the reviews, rolled my eyes, and bought them. I am SO glad I did. If you are wondering if you should get these because of the low star rating, GET THEM! Most of the low ratings are from people complaining that they do not tell you which color is which resistance. No, they do not tell you which color is which resistance, but it is not hard to figure out. All you have to do is pull on each band to see which 'gives' the most and least. Orange = Light Blue = Medium Grey = Heavy Now that that is settled. These bands are great! They're wider than most resistance bands I've seen, and of very good quality. I am happy with my purchase.

    These work juuuusst fine
Yikes, some people need to calm down. These are exercise bands. They do their intended job. I got them today for some shoulder exercises my physical therapist recommended. They work as intended. True, nowhere does it say which band is the weakest and which is the strongest, but it takes about 10 seconds to figure that out for yourself. And wouldn't you know, it's in the same order as the product photo - orange is the weakest, gray is the strongest. How did I figure this out? Well, the orange band has the thinnest material, and the gray band has the thickest. Then I stretched each one, and the orange was the easiest to stretch, and the gray was the most difficult. Case closed. Not spelling this out on the packaging should, at worst, garner a 4-star review, because otherwise they're capable bands. First world problems apparently
