Great Speakers!
I replaced and old set of 2.1 speakers that I was using, with these Klipsch ones, and the sound is fantastic! These are really a great set of speakers and I am switching between direct connect from my computer and bluetooth from my phone, and that's a nice added feature.

Buzzing noise
I have the non-Bluetooth model of these that I bought a few years ago, they're amazing and never had an issue. I picked up this new Bluetooth version and unfortunately, it had this buzzing noise that was present all the time as soon as they're plugged in. Even at $49.99, the noise was too annoying to keep.

    Klipsch 2.1 speakers are awesome!
Always loved these Klipsch 2.1's! I could care less about the blue tooth but nice to have if needed. I use a power strip with an on/off switch to turn them off because there is no power button. Great sound and solid bass. I have no issues with static noise when nothing playing like some people claimed they had a problem with.

Good speakers but need more instruction.
The speakers have excellent sound and set up was easy. However, the instruction was not very clear on how to turn on the speakers. When I powered it on, it was on Bluetooth mode. You simply push the volume knob to turn on the speaker. This was not specified in the instructions. However, I am very happy with the speakers. This replaced my Logitech speakers.

Too much static noise when music stops
I had fair warning from some of the other negative reviews, but was hoping they were from a few audiophile complainypants. They sound good while playing music, but the moment the music stops, all I could hear was the static hiss on the 3.5mm input, or hum and drum on the bluetooth input. These were present with 2 different wall outlets I tried, and with the 3.5mm plug plugged-in or unplugged, and with the volume on the speakers set near the minimum. For some users and applications, these might be ok, e.g. gaming, but for me personally, to work in a quiet room, the static was too loud

A decent entry low level speakers for Pc. Giving it 3 stars because it does not have a Power On/Off switch. Meaning this is always Power On mode which doesn't seems to be environment friendly. Decent sub but the mid range speakers are just OK and not so great. But for $60 it's best bang for the buck.

I think these are knock-off speakers , I bought these from Klipsch a few years ago and they are NOT nearly as loud and these won't play hard wired , they only work as bluetooth . Never pay more than 70 bucks for these as the price goes up and down like a yo-yo on here

    Klipsch 2.1 ProMedia Bluetooth Bliss
I absolutely love this clips 2.1 3 HX that will be certified system with a subwoofer to satellite speakers. This is at least the third or fourth set that I’ve had connected to different computers … in my office in the living room, or to the laptop in my bedroom. The systems are incredibly robust, while delivering the most exquisite exact replication of sound… At any volume. There is never any extraneous noise, hiss or static… The sound is incredible, typical supreme Klipsch quality. Not only that, but the Bluetooth works impeccably… No matter what device you’re trying to connect with, it immediately connects with a solid signal. The sound is impeccable, the connection is solid; I’ve never had a negative experience and I will continue to buy this - and other Klipsch systems - as long as they’re there and I’m alive.

Nice sound, easy to set up.
Speakers reduced from about $ 100.00 to $ 55.00 Nice sound for the price. I can connected it to my cell phone and laptop by Bluetooth or mini plug. I can switch it between the laptop and cell phone easily. There is no off button. I have to unplug it at night. The right speaker has three separate cables coming from it. Speaker cable, mini plug, connection to the subwoofer (a d plug with multiple pins). I would prefer the mini plug to come from the subwoofer. I would prefer the connection to the subwoofer to the right speaker not be use. Instead a cable with a control on it. The right speaker has two mini plugs for output. That also can be on a separate cable coming from the subwoofer to your desk. Add an off switch on that control cable. Bare wire connection from speakers to subwoofer, does not use RCA connectors. Ordered on a Friday arrived on the following Tuesday, nice! Photon Capture by Photon Release ‎Tuesday, ‎July ‎19, ‎2022, ‏‎19:09:16 PM DSC_0189.JPG DSC_0195.JPG DSC_0198.JPG

    Close but no cigar...
I've had the original versions of Klipsch Pro-Media 2.1 speakers (non-BT). They hit hard and were great for listening to music. The fact I couldn't turn them off was a deal breaker for me and I ended up sending them back. It's 2022 and speakers don't have an on/off switch. Understanding these speakers have been around for years, but come on Klipsch. Also, not being able to have BT capabilities was simply unacceptable. With the addition of BT to the new(er) and improved Pro-Media 2.1 speakers, I decided to take the plunge one more time. Got the unit a couple days ago and set everything up. Beautiful looking bass and satellites which design hasn't changed in years. Plugged the sub in and... nothing. Zero power! Changed outlets and looked for an on/off switch but to no avail... DOA! I'm sure this unit was a lemon but it couldn't come at a worse time... for me. I returned the item to Wal-Mart who didn't question why the item was coming back. If you can get past the possibility of the unit being DOA, no turn off switch and BT issues lots of reviewers speak about, these might be the speakers for you. I mean that in a positive way. There's no doubt the speakers pack a punch... and for $50?!? Easily worth the money but the cons outweigh the pros for me so I'm looking elsewhere.

Great Speakers, but this set had a loose connector
I have always loved this set of speakers and always been proud to suggest it to others. The latest update with bludtooth is nice as well, without seeming to compromise the sound quality. I have probably suggested and installed a dozen or so of these with great feedback as well. However, this time the cable that plugged into the back of the subwoofer (D-Sub 9 like serial connector) had a loose connection inside it. I pinched the cable at the connector and the sub started kicking in, but as soon as I released it, the sub stopped. I had to get another set and send this set back which was a bit of a pain but nice that they let me drop at FedEx. I will still use/recommend this speaker setup, just a bit disappointed this time.

    Good price, pleased with performance
Great Price. The speaker system works well. Minimal controls so not overly complicated. Bluetooth connection works well. The sound is great! Good bass and midrange. Trebles are good but I am limited on hearing in this range. Bluetooth is not secured so can get interference if someone else tries to connect. Occasionally blue tooth connection is poor causing distortion but power cycling the system takes care of it. Overall a great buy at the sale price

Ain't what they used to me.
I've had a set of ProMedia 2.1 speakers for, I don't know, 10-12 years? They suddenly stopped working the other day. I was thinking I would get something new, and upgrade, but as I got looking around, I found that the ProMedia still make a lot of 'best of' lists. So I bought them again. I wondered how they could actually cost about what I paid the first time around, and the answer is, lower quality. My cord is a little shorter, so my speakers no longer span the breadth of my desk. They still sound good, but they don't go nearly as loud as my old ones did. Not even close. They still play loud enough for me. I'm not one to rattle my foundation, but I liked the idea that I could if I wanted. The manual is poor. Very little info. Another review complains that you can't update the firmware. You can, and it actually is one of the few things in the manual. The sound is still crisp, and overall that's what I wanted, but a few disappointments.

    Compact Speakers, BIG Sound!
Had this exact Klipsch ProMedia speaker set for 15 years. They came with a PC I had purchased, and turned out to be the best speakers I ever owned. Compact and powerful, they sound just as good, and as clear, as the Bose speakers I have costing five times as much. The addition of Bluetooth takes it to the next level, because I can now pair and use them with everything from my iPhone to my TV, and they sound great with or without a pre amplifier. Can't beat the sound quality, price or technology. Highly recommend!

    Mediocre Overall Sound
For having a sizable subwoofer for bass, the bass is really week and the speakers are mediocre at best for sound quality. It is need that you can connect them to your computer, press a button and connect your phone thru Bluetooth but sound is just so so.

    Speakers have a constant hum/static
Immediately after I set up these speakers on my desk I noticed a considerably loud hum/buzz/static noise emanating from the speakers and a less noticeable hum coming from the subwoofer. This happens whether they are in Bluetooth mode or Aux mode, though for some reason the sound is slightly different in BT mode. I took steps to isolate all audio-carrying cables from any power cables or other data cables. Nothing resolved it, I even set them up completely on their own away from anything else. I've had speakers that produce some static, but it was usually indiscernible. If I am sitting in my office in silence or even low-volume listening, the noise drove me crazy. I returned for an exchange of the same item and the 2nd one did the same exact thing. Both sets are getting returned and I will be trying something different. My brother has the THX Aux-only version of these, and they produce static, but it is MUCH less noticeable. I would not recommend these as computer speakers or used in an environment where you sit near them as you will hear this static. I expect better out of a product bearing the Klipsch logo, hence the low rating. These do produce great quality sound at volume, which gained them an extra star, but quality speakers should be able to handle silence well also, and these just don't.

    Brings the boom
These speakers have amazing sound! Crisp, clear and deliver consistent performance at high volumes as well! Bought these as a gift for my son for gaming and music. He buys a lot of high end equipment for his music company and he was blown away by the quality for such a great price! Will definitely be buying more from this brand!

    Great Speakers, but lacking controls
I have pro media 2.1 and they sound great at all volumes. I tested many before I bought them. Pros: Great sound deep rich bass for small computer speakers. can switch volume controls from left to right speaker ( not shown in manual) Removable satellite speaker foot. Slot in the speaker foot allows mounting to brackets or computer rack mount, Again not shown in manual. Cons: Poor manual No app Auto off feature shuts off with quiet music. So if you play meditation music or quiet background music while you work, the speakers auto off function shuts it off. This seems like an easy fix with a software update, but there is no way to update firmware. Conclusion. I think these are great speakers, and I'd recommend buying them, but at this price, I think Klipsh needs to "polish" the system a little. Improve the auto off function, add bluetooth or USB control with maybe a eq and sound profile option. These are computer speakers, but you give no option to control or adjust settings from the computer. If they were connected via bluetooth USB then it would be easy to auto shut them off when the computer is powered down. Don't forget to add a bluetooth override if I want to play from my phone while the computer is off. This functionality is not an add on these days, its almost a standard of functionality.

    Love this set!
We've owned the Klipsch 2.1 non Bluetooth version for many years and have been completely happy with these speakers, so much so that I was excited to see the newer Bluetooth version. They were very easy to set up, sound great, and Bluetooth was easy to connect. I hope this set lasts as our older set did.
