4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/16/2022These can be reused. These last for years if you soak them in gasoline or thinner for a few days. Then rinse them with water and allow to dry before changing your oil. I usually buy two so I have one clean one and one standby when I rinse the one that just came off. I also reuse my motor oil from my lawn mowers in my car. Lawnmower oil doesn't wear out as much as you'd think and if you save it up in a jug you can pour it in your car. These steps help the planet and save money. There is no reason to keep using a new filter and new oil. Just filter the lawn mower oil through a coffee filter or cheese cloth before pouring it in your car.Northupthere

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/13/2021Fram Filter FailedI am in my 60's .Been changing my own oil since I was 16. Have used Fram filters for MANY years. NEVER AGAIN. The Tough Guard filter I installed on my Honda 2,800 miles ago began to leak while I was driving the car. Luckily it was a very short trip of about 5 miles one way. As I pulled into my garage I noticed oil on my floor. Put the car up on my ramps. The drain plug was secure, that gasket was in place and not leaking. The Fram filter had oil jetting from the bottom of it. The vehicle does not leak oil and never has. It was not leaking at this time. The oil was jetting out FROM THE FRAM FILTER while it was pressurized on the vehicle. The protective skirt on the car was in place and undamaged and I was driving so nothing impacted the bottom of the vehicle. The filter not deformed when I removed it . I will NEVER buy a Fram filter again. There are many great alternatives.Michael

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/01/2019Hope it's OK, we will seePackage arrived today, completely mangled. On initial inspection, I don't see any damage to the gasket or mounting surface. But will double-check for leaks on installationKevin
