Great tv for the price!!
I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this tv, I was looking for something easy to use was able to set it up and watch in minutes! The 65 inch is perfect for my living room I see things in movies with this tv that I never noticed before on my old one and it was a 48 inch what a difference with the 65. For the price don't wait you can't beat this tv. I ordered online Thursday night and it was delivered Friday afternoon fast service

Don't choose Delivery option
The TV itself is fantastic. But I insist anyone that is trying to get the TV delivered , don't . Tv was delivered broken to my house. I would recommend Walmart to package the TVs better since the box for TVs today are meant to come apart easy, so shipping the TV without additional packing will end up damaged since FedEx and UPS Stack boxes while shipping . Please consider pick up instead of Delivery.

Awesome TV, wouldn't recommend shipping it home
I have purchased 2 of these TV's. Let me preface by saying if you want to buy this TV, please go pick it up in person, DO NOT have it shipped to your home. The first one I had shipped to my home and it came damaged. I went through the return process and it was flawless, I'd received all of my payment back, but you're risking damage to the device after Walmart ships it. I then repurchased the TV in store and brought it home myself and it was absolutely perfect, if you're looking for a great TV with great res for the price, I immediately suggest it! (picture to show both perfect and damaged product attached) Takeaways: 1. I would not suggest buying the TV online and having it SHIPPED to you. Too much room for error and damage. Not anyone's fault, it could have happened at any point (at the manufacturer, at the store, on the delivery truck, etc.) 2. This is an amazing TV for the price, I highly suggest it. Has great features, sound, and picture. 3. The UI is typical Samsung so if you're coming from their other products, you'll feel right at home. Coming from a Samsung TV background, I love it and I can't wait for another 10 years of reliability. 4. If you buy it online and ship it, I wish you all the best. But even if you don't ship it, and it still comes damaged, you have nothing to worry about. Returning/refunding the product is super easy and simple and everyone is willing to work with you! I hope this helped, but I wanted to shed insight to this item because of the reviews. Damaged product doesn't mean bad product! Worst thing that can happen is you need to return it :)

Good affordable tv with some kinks
Picture is great. We ended up needing to get a sound bar because it was quieter than our old tv and we struggled to hear when the AC kicked on. That wasn’t a big deal and probably varies from person to person. The worst part is the remote. For a while when we first set it up it, it was set up so that remote would turn on every device connected to it. This includes two consoles. I obviously didn’t need two consoles on at a time. We did figure out how to get it to stop turning the devices on. It’s great that it does it for the sound bar but I’m not sure that it’s the best feature to have on by default. Smart features work great and I am still happy with my purchase overall.

This TV is a big one for its price
Great, big, full of features. These things are all about the CU7000. But I faced an issue related to the Samsung Internet browser. Every time I watch any videos through it I catch freezes every second.

Horrible interface buggy and sluggish
Spend money on something else. Horrible interface. Super slow. Buggy—has to be reset all the time. Counter intuitive menus and interface that are annoying and irrelevant. Extremely dissatisfied and regret this purchase but couldn't return it

3rd samsung T.V. still have one that's 13 y.o.
It my living room tv and gets used for gaming, movies, and just plain TV atleast 6 hours a day I love it as much as I do all my other samsung products. Ie fridge stove other tvs and cell phones. I've owned samsung over 15 years and refuse to go any other direction.

An amazingly beautiful television
I love to use my tv to stream Netflix, and paramount plus. Some shows tend to show grainy on other TVs but not the Samsung. With the Crystal picture everything is clear as day and vibrant as a painting. Playing video games is no longer just playing its more of an experience as your attention is captured by the beauty of the picture.
