    Very thick, which is nice! They are a little narrow, which is the only downside, but nothing crazy. The strap that comes with it is great. Overall very satisfied.

    It's nice and thick, I like that. Those thin ones are useless. The only complaint I have is the 1st day I used it the toe of my sneaker dug a little hole in it.

    My beautiful exercise mat!
    I use my yoga mat for my stretches. It feels so much better placed on top of my hardwood floors. Now I want to exercise because my back and knees are cushioned! The mat is still in excellent shape and looks new!

    I ordered this mat to use at home not so much for yoga but to lay down on the floor. It is thick enough for comfort. The length and width are good enough to fit well and still have some space, I'm 5.4 and over 160 lbs. Its good for the price.
