Great Tuna! Great Value!
For chunk light tuna it is superior to other brands I have tried. It's not nearly as fishy tasting. It's perfect for tuna sandwiches and I imagine casseroles. The label on the website indicates 80 calories and 17 grams protein but the description below reads 100 calories and 24 grams of protein. In any case it's low calorie and high protein. for less than a dollar it's Great Value! Much better than going to a sandwich shop, too!

VERY WATERY
This tuna has a good taste, but all 4 cans were mostly water. I was about to make tuna salad, so my husband had already opened 3 cans when he told me it was very watery. I picked up the 4th can and shook it, and it felt like it was a can of soup instead of a can of packed tuna. The amount of tuna in the 4 cans combined was equivalent to less that the contents of 2 cans of name brand tuna. Besides the amount of water, it was not chunky, it was more like minced or chopped. Needless to say, I had to run out and buy 2 more cans to complete my recipe. I am very disappointed and would have returned this tuna if i had shaken the cans before they were opened. I am attaching a picture. My husband had already drained the other 3 cans, which he said had more water in them than this one.

Good tuna bought this for years.
This tuna in water is delicious. I make tuna salad sandwiches and I do not like the tuna with oil, this kind is healthier and is flaky. Good stuff ? Bought it many times over the years and prefer it over Chicken of the Sea. Add mayo or Salad dressing sweet relish diced onions. Yummy! If you do not like onion then add diced celery and mayo.

It is great tuna, but in the picture online it say this tuna fish has 17g protein, while the one I bought from Walmart store it says 22g protein in exact same tuna fish. i don't know which is right. their calories are different too.

    Changes in calories
Very good product! Have noticed changes on label. 100 calories on one then 120 calories on same item. Wondering what has changed?

    Good canned tuna
I am happy to have this available in a regular supply sense from Walmart. I buy ten cans at a time (the limit...) and use this tuna in a variety of dishes. I also supplement the dog food with this tuna. I also use this tuna with mayonaisse on crackers for a snack.

    Wonderful Tuna
(4 Cans) Great Value Chunk Light Tuna in Water, 5 oz I am very pleased with this tuna, and was so supprised how much is in the can. Large chunks but not to large. Taste is wonderful and make tasty sandwiches.

Great Value Chunk Light Tuna in Water.
I'm impressed with the price and taste of this tuna. The can's I opened looked more like solid white tuna than chunk. You can't beat this Great Value chunk light tuna! It's BETTER than the higher priced brands.

Its tuna it comes from the ocean
Lowest price anywhere. Its tuna it all comes from the same place. I will note every can I have received is far better quality than the big brands. More solid pieces with GV, rather than almost pureed mush or tiny little scraps. Cant beat Walmart dot com.

Better than Chicken of the Sea
This canned tuna is 10x better than Chicken of the Sea. So much more of a meaty tuna and very little of the "dark" pieces I have been finding in the Chicken of the Sea and half of the can seems to be gone after you drain the water out.

Tuna is fine but the Great Value brand needs to NOT wait till an hour (sometimes less than an hour) to NOTIFY your customer in time for us to either substitute or NOT!! On the delivery or store pick up

    Great Tuna- bad delivery condition
Like the tuna, is tasty at a discount price- as good if not better than same in name brands! Don't like it being delivered in poor condition, pictured here smashed cans! Ordered with my grocery pick up, but they mailed it due to none in stock.

Yummy product at a great price
Great Value Chunk Light tuna can always be found in our pantry. We use it for sandwiches, tuna melts, tuna boats, tuna patties. If I can't figure out what to make for dinner, I reach for a can of tuna. As with most Great Value products, this one is top-notch and the price is great. A tip: once drained, the tuna is in quite nice chunks...to keep it that way, try not to stir it too much. Fold in your other ingredients gently.

    Capitol of poor packaging
Who would think anything could go wrong with ordering 84 cans of Tuna? The first time 68 cans came fro California and 20 cans came from New York, the 68 were returned because they looked like a demolition derby and the box was crushed and had been completely re-taped even where there were no seams.

Fish in a can delivered to you door
I try to eat about 2-3 cans of tuna per week. It's light in fat and sugar which IS fat and has a lot of nutrients your body needs. For lunches or snacks having tuna delivered to your door for less than $1 is probably the least expensive food you can get.
