Great knives!
These are very sharp knives and from my use of them, seem to be very well made. Handles are comfortable and make for easy use when cutting. Guards keep the blades from getting banged up or cutting when stored. And they are just a really pretty knife with the coating! So far, an excellent purchase!

Watch out for the removing color
Cuts nicely, however, the colored portion comes off after a short period of time. I wouldn't recommend the pretty colored ones but maybe colorless ones?

Easy to pick out which one you will need and the safety covers are the best! I loved these when I got them and turned around and purchased several more sets and gave them out as Christmas gifts! These are easy knives to carry with you for all occasions. I used to have to wrap a knife in paper towels and tape it up - not anymore. I love the covers. I have been very pleased with them. Although I have a drawer full of many different kinds of knives these are the ones I reach for. I gave a set for a wedding gift, and they looked so nice I bought a set for our family! The only thing I wished is that the type of knife it was, was labeled on the case. That would make them so much easier to identify until we learned what color was what. The colors are so fun!! My wife wondered if there was a fun colored butcher butcher block for them to go into.Blair S.
