So far, so good!
I love the look this tire adds to my Tundra CrewMax. No shimmy in the steering wheel on city or highway roads. Minimal noise at 65-75mph. I rarely go off-road because my truck is 2WD, but so far it handles loose dirt, sand, etc. just fine. Hopeful these tires continue to last another 30-40k miles. Very pleased with the Terra.

Another Bad Set of NITTO's Terra Grapplers Now
First 2 set of Nitto Dura Grapplers had failures blowouts and belts separated. NITTO replaced with with the Terra Grapplers. The Terra Grapplers are just over 15 months and less that 13,000 miles and have bad wobble. Returned to NTB and had them re-blanace, NTB had to add 8 tire weights to one area to get it to get one wheel to some what balance. Contacted NITTO and opend a case number on 10-4-2021 but no reply from NITTO yet on where to email the photos the paper work.

    Best tires I ever owned
I have owned many different brand tires in my lifetime. The wear quality is the best I have ever experienced. My truck is 2.7 years old and I have 19500 miles on the tires. Have not rotated them but should have. There is no Indication of any wear on all four tires. Again the best tires I have ever ever owned. Period. Thank you for making a great tire which has also saved me money. Compared to all the major brands out there these tires are the best.

    Tires fail
Original set had one defective tire that had a wobble. Not a seating issue. . 80 percent of my driving is highway. At about 18,000 miles both rear tires fail. And I had to limp to the nearest tire dealer to purchase a new set of four tires. The tires appeared to separate between the tread ply and appeared to bubble up. Giving the tire an uneven round circumference. The ride became unbearably rough, but we limped into town for a non Nitto tire set up. LT285-60R20, not a Inexpensive tire.

    90K miles later
Well this tires have been impressive!! Before I purchased this tires I kept getting flats every time I would go hunting on the rough rocky terrain of terlingua ranch in west Texas, so I needed something that could drive great on the highway while pulling a trailer with a Polaris ranger and being able to handle the hard terrain at the same time. I just left discount tire with some new Ridge gramplers and I am hoping they will be as good as the terra

A tire with all the right stuff.
After significant research evaluating tires to fit a stock ride height SWR F-350, I purchased a set of 295/70/18 Michelin Terra Grapplers, and found this was a smart choice. I wanted a 34"+ tire that would fit stock configuration without issues of rubbing. My first impressions of these tires didn't disappoint. I noticed Nitto doesn't list a 295/70/18's any more in this first generation (G1, if you will) Terra Grappler however that size is available in the G2 series. These Terra Grapplers are 6 years old and have been driven 25- 30k miles, on pavement, I find them very predictable with very acceptable road noise. As an all terrain tire, there is going to be some noise but you wouldn't notice it. Off pavement, my uses are limited to gravel and muddy roads, not a Rubicon excursion. Terra Grapplers will do what you want them to do. These "E" rated tires are built very well indeed, with no out of round issues and there is no evidence of radial pull nor are they mushy in corners. They wear evenly, and there is A LOT of tread depth left in them. I will be buying another set of Nitto's when these need replacing .

    Excellent tires
These are great tires. They work very well off-road, including in the sand dunes. They air down well too. The tires are also quiet on the highway especially compared to other all terrain tires. Good in the snow too.

    Best Tire
This is the first set of terrain tires I've ever had and don't think I will ever go with a different set. I have been with people with A/T , and M/T driving in mud pits and snow and they don't perform as good as these tires do. Even driving down the road, highway or city, they perform flawless. I have ran these for about 40,000 miles and still have 80% tread all around its absolutely amazing.

    Decent performance
Off-road was decent and on highway was good, not much noise at all. On wet roads absolutely horrible. No matter how much throttle I gave it the tires always spun and could never get traction. Avoid water puddles at all cost no matter the size. Hit a small puddle and hydroplaned going 15-20 mph. Barely got over 35k miles before needing to be replaced. Will not buy again. Hopefully G2 are better and will last longer.

Best Tires I have had on a 3/4 ton truck
As the title says I couldn't be happier with the tires I just took off today and replaced with the same. I purchased these tires three years ago and put over 50,000 miles on them without any problem whatsoever. I towed numerous trailers thousands of miles through all kinds of road conditions, traversed various off road conditions and torrential downpours in SW Louisiana and never had one single incident. These tires have shocked everyone I have told about them and am looking forward to another 50 plus thousand miles on this set.

    Great tire for everything
These tires lasted about 45k miles, They're quiet and grip well. They have saved me countless times when I had to make panic stops on wet roads. And they look good.. The only thing I could complain about is when the tread starts to get low on the size tire I have (285/60R18) it tends to hydroplane easly when water starts to pool on the road. Other than that I cant complain and just purchased my next set of Terra Graps earlier today.

    Excellent tire!
I put a set of LT285/70R17 Terra Grapplers on my truck back in 2009 at 38,800 miles. I took them off with all four tires measuring 3/32" in tread depth at their lowest point on January 2, 2015 at 121,200 miles! That's 82,400 miles for those who don't want to do the math! Granted I plus sized these tires from P265/70R17 and I do drive a light duty truck that I rarely tow anything with, but they have well surpassed what I thought I would get out of them. Obviously there is more road noise with this tire than the OEM tire I had on it before, but that's to be expected. Once I surpassed 60,000 miles of use, I did notice the road noise increasing, which at first thought was a transmission issue, but once I replaced them the noise went away. I'm still amazed by the mileage I got out of them, so I can look past those issues, because of that. I replaced them with the new G2 Terra grappler in the same size.

    better than expected.
I bought these tires with 70,000 miles on my Yukon. I currently have 137,000 miles, and still going. I really didn't know much about them, and so I took the advice of the tire salesmen, and I'm really happy I did. I am only replacing these now due to some suspension components failing and so I have wearing on the inner part of the tires. I believe these are rated at 60,000 miles? I will have over 70,000 before they are replaced, and if it weren't for the uneven wear, they would be good for another 10 at least. I have driven through a lot of snow, monsoons, and dry sunny days problem free. I must admit, I don't get around to a lot of off roads. Mostly just consists of gravel roads once in a while, so the off road capabilities of this tire, I really don't know. But for the price and how nicely these have lasted, I really want another set of them.
