It just works. That's what every printer should do
After bad experiences with the other big names in printers, I followed the reviews and went for this Brother all-in-one. And is just works. No fuss. No hiccups. No glitches. No drama. It's at home on our network. Print quality is excellent. Scanning is smooth and sharp. Love it!

Too many bugs.
Very unhappy with this product. I purchased it because I started a job that requires printing out a lot of documents at home. My previous Samsung printer did not have a large paper tray. This printer has given me nothing but trouble from the start. For one thing, it is very, very slow. More frustrating is that it occasionally just stops altogether. Right now it is dead in the water. I have no idea what is going on. I did get a message recently about updating the software. Software??? I'm sorry, but I was extremely happy with my dumb old Samsung that never stopped working. I guess it had no software. I would not recommend this product. It has too many bugs.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/24/2022Great printer/scannerThis is my second MFC-L2750DW. This was easy to set up on the local LAN. Great duplex printing. Love the duplex document feeder and scanner function.Unknown

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/19/2022Impressive Printer & ScannerRight out the box, it was easy to setup and use. I was able to set it up with a direct connection to my PC as well as wireless (to print directly from my laptop & iPhone). Is very smart looking and has lived up to my expectation in every way. The scan function also produces better results than my previous HP Scanner.Rod Mc

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/17/2022Nearly a decade with the same Brother Model numberI bought my first MFC-L2750DW nearly a decade ago. It is absolutely PERFECT for my scan / flat copy and print needs. When this unit began to show its age (well over 25,000 printed sheets), I bought the exact same unit and have now placed it in service!TaxManFrank

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/13/2022IMPROVE SCAN MODE COUPLING DESCRIPTIONBasic equipment works fine in all versions of PRINT MODE. However, coupling printer to laptop computer without a USB port is a headache while SCANNING. Using the printer "email" call out does not work well while operating in my ignorance. The call out "files" does work on the printer, but requires file transfer between two windows to get the scan results in a form that results in things like "transmittable PDF files." A simple step-by-step SCAN roadmap coupling individual printer elements/actions to a defined computer sequence would do wonders for us who do not enjoy electronic coupling on some of our computers.Busy Old Timer

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/09/2022This is an excellent printer!!Printer was shipped quickly, it installed and came online flawlessly. Instructions were clear, complete, and easy to follow. Setting up a wifi connection to a home network is not always easy, but in this case it "just worked" ... the front-panel setup option that I used, had a minimal number of steps to follow, and was *very* easy to implement, and the printer works beautifully. Printer setups can sometimes be very frustrating, but this one was superb!Gorlash

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/09/2022Paper jams - ughIt works pretty well, except when printing envelopes or letterhead or anything that you have to manually feed. In those cases, it ALWAYS thinks it has a paper jam. I've researched & tried to look in every crevice and cannot figure out why it ALWAYS thinks it has a jam. I literally open the top, take out the toner, insert the same toner, close the top and see if the machine will print. It usually takes me at least 3 - 4 times of opening the printer before it will print - keep in mind - I do not remove any paper jams.TanaJ

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/08/2022Long lastingThis is as good as I had hoped it was. Fast printing and love this style of printer as I have had an older brother laser printer that this one replaced. I had gotten many years of service from the old printer and look forward to the same from this one!19jimmy57

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/16/2022Needs multi sheet document feederI love this printer except for the one-sheet document feeder! When I print pre-printed checks, I have to either feed one at a time and risk them getting crooked or use another machine. Otherwise, the print is excellent, and both the auto-feed and the flatbed part of the scanner are easy to use.DixieG

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/15/2022Great printer!I use this printer in my business, and it's been awesome so far. It never jams, is easy to use, and prints beautiful black-and-white documents. It replaced a printer from another brand (a huge name we've all heard) that was nothing but trouble the entire time I tolerated it. I should have bought a Brother years ago.Fort Maceo

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/14/2022Great Printer but really SLOW SCANNER!I really like this printer but the scanning (specifically duplex scanning) is very slow even at low DPI (100dpi); what bother me the most is that this detail is completely skipped from the product detail page! In all other products they have mentioned scan-per-minute but here it is conveniently missing.brotherowner

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/08/2022Needs work! This review is for the Brother MFC L2750DW. Where to start...this machine works well if all you need is a direct USB connection to your computer. The wireless setup is a VERY DIFFERENT MATTER. I'm no dummy to computers or printers, but this thing is needlessly complex and confusing and may force you into a baptism of fire to get it working wirelessly! (My Canon MF 232w was so EASY, almost automatically paired itself to the computer in the wireless setup) Upon every failure to setup the 2750 correctly, it spits out an error report without permission, ensuring the waste of paper and toner, THANK YOU BROTHER! Some day I may finally get it working wirelessly but probably by trial and error. It's a good machine, but conditionally. I would not recommend it due to the wireless setup headache. 2 stars overall, maybe 5 if brother goes to Canon and learns what they have long ago mastered, simple common sense.Almost but no cigar

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/29/2022Excellent but tricky envelope handlingI am basically very happy with this printer/scanner. I bought it because of good experience with the nice graphics and convenient duplex scanning of a previous Brother printer. The one problem I had was with envelope printing. Inserting an envelope would cause a "Jam inside" error even though there was no paper jam. Brother replaced the printer for me, and the new one is less finicky. From scanning online reviews, I see that the problem is not uncommon.ATL1

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/27/2022MFC-L2750DWNew printer works great. A bit noisy, but more reliable than the one it replaced. Still have not been able to get the scan function synced with my mac, but working on it.Doug

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/01/2022The 4th Brother printer I have is the best yetFull color touch display makes setup easy. Wireless connection to wi-fi and a USB connection to laptop or desktop PC. Instead of wireless wi-fi connection to your network, you can choose to hook an ethernet cable connection to the printer instead. Choose one network connection type. Does not support both ethernet cable and wi-fi network at the same time.Butch Anderson

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/22/2022Drops network ConnectionMy printer of this make and model is not quite four years old. After the first 18 months it started dropping network connections routinely. Particularly from our Macintosh laptops we would have to reboot the printer in order to print. This did not happen as much from my wife's work from home windows laptop. She frequently was able to print just by doing the normal printing command. It is so frustrating that we cannot print from our Macintosh laptops that we are replacing the printer even though physically it works just fine.jzents

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser02/11/2022An author's best friend. This is the second Brother MFC black and white printer I have owned. I have been pleased with quality performance and durability of both MFC- L2700 series units. I found it easy to install and the wireless connection to my WIFI network was instant. This newer L2750DW is a faster printer with a larger viewer panel in color with icons. I also use the additional features such as scan and faxing often. As an author of three novels, two screenplays, and numerous other writing projects, a reliable printer is a must. Printer downtime for any reason can cause a string of "writer's block" disasters. Outside of stopping for the infrequent purchase for a new cartridge, these Brothers never missed a deadline. My go-to printer for the past nine years is Brother.RN McLaughlin

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/26/2021Waiting to be impressedThe product was to replace my 10 year old DELL printer scanner which also had a 3000 page capacity. I have not had this product for three weeks and the ink is already out? My last Dell could go 6 months on a cartridge. Surprised and hoping that It came with just enough ink to get you going? Haven't even printed 300 pages yet? The scanning is much slower than I am used to. It's quiet and we will see how it holds up since I was told this was one of the best Brother makes.Janet

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/07/2021A small business workhorseI have owned and been highly satisfied with Brother MFC laser printer/copier/scanner/fax combination units for more than 20 years. This unit is very similar in appearance and function. The primary upgrade appears to be on the menu screen which is in color and much easier to read. Operationally, I will need more time to compare this unit to its predecessors which provided excellent service well beyond the normal 5 to 7 years of competitors' life expectancy.Paul
