Vitamin D is one
Vitamin D is one of the most underrated supplements we can take for physical and mental health. I keep a bottle of these almost everywhere I go, so I always remember to take one, especially during times I know I won't be getting much vitamin D naturally, like big work weeks spent indoors, or the like.

To me, they pretty much are all the same- no matter the brand. Obviously, these are capsules, which is the only way to receive Vitamin D- but I do always prefer capsules over tablets when it comes to vitamins. I have used these vitamins for years now!tessak29

The litte capsules are easy to swallow and digest. However, keep them at a cool place, otherwise they'll turn rancid soon or melt together.sirsphaere

I am unable to go into direct sunlight or it will cause a bad skin reaction. This vitamin helps keep my immune system up. It does not contain any unnecessary additives. You do need to eat a little healthy fats and take vit K2 and magnesium to help it get absorbed better.vmitch

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/12/2021I love this particularI love this particular brand of Vitamin D3 as I take 10,000 IU's (based off of scientific studies I've researched) once daily and this supplement comes with the full dosage in a single gel capsule. Unfortunately, with other and most brands on the market (in retail stores atleast) they only offer the supplement in much lower dosages which would make me have to take SEVERAL of them to reach my equivalent daily dose. That would cause me to go through the bottle far more quickly and also make it much more difficult to consume (at once) with my other daily supplements that I take at lunch i.e. vitamin C, Zinc, Quercitin, prenatal multivitamin, probiotics). I would highly recommend Natures Bounty Vitamin D3 10,000 IU 72 to anyone who supplements with Vitamin D3!Unknown

She has autism, and when she was almost 4 I read about how D3 and K2 helped her brain level out and less aggression. I spoke with her doctor, and her behaviorist. They read about the Coimbra Protocol, and agreed. She has been on this for almost 4 years now, and I had to up the dose this past 2 months because of her growth and weight spurt. She will be 8 at the end of April 2021, height 4'4 and weighs 75 lbs. She is 100% healthy and 100% muscle.abutterflyloves
