Great buy !!
Received my MacBook 2 days ago. So far its been love at first sight!! There are no scratches or dents, the compact size is convenient, it was already updated to the latest software. I havent had any hiccups thus far. Great buy for a great price:)

The cosmetic appearance of the laptop is okay, it has dents on it and the usb ports appear to be bent significantly. Upon plugging it in it turned right on. It did run pretty slow until I allowed it to software update. The update look around 35 minutes but it runs much much faster now! I'm not expecting much when it comes to it's battery life because it is a 2015 model. Overall it seems like it's going be a great computer for me to use for school work. Plus, the Camera for FaceTime is a lot better quality then I anticipated. If you're reading this review to try to deceiver whether on not to purchase one, go for it. As long as you can handle a little cosmetic damage then it should be perfect for you. If you don't like it you can always send it back.emma

Theres literally a tiny scratch on the back which didnt even matter because I already had a sweet mushroom decal I wanted for it anyway. I was so nervous about dropping $400 on a refurbished item but my heart is so relieved and extremely happy I decided to go with this instead of the red hp I was looking at. The set up was extremely easy and fast. I hooked right up to my iCloud in seconds. Im beyond grateful. Plus the mouse is perfect.. the headphones are awesome. It feels very brand new to me. I only noticed one little dent under the screen, which is fine. It arrived with some kind of sleeve or skin on the computer and I thought it was cute. I even called Apple Support to make sure I could install the latest Catalina updates for this early 2015 MacBook Air edition. I just updated the Mac from Yosemite to Catalina w/o issue. *only complaint: my key with “0” and “)” on it does not work. I will have to get creative with the input of those symbols and/or take it to a Apple repair shop* I bought this computer just to finish my last year and a half of my online bachelor's degree. Now I read all the reviews and that is the only reason that I paid this little for-one because I was gonna pay much more for something that was newer and not refurbished! So those of you who are out there wanting to buy one of these ?...... they're perfect for one of your children to do work on and I believe That's all I can say about that!stephanie
