    I've ordered these many times figuring I was receiving a bad batch. These taste terrible dry and no flavor at all. I remember this brand being so tasty and moist. Now they taste like dry and stale. I am returning this order and won't reorder again as I now know the flavor has been changed. Maybe it's the seal on the top, perhaps they don't stay fresh?

    My family size chips ahoy were not available. Instead of just substituting another one instead they are not doing anything about it!

    That's how the cookie crumbles!
    This order was delivered to me since apparently it was not available in my local Walmart. Both packages of cookies were completely crushed making them pretty unusable. I guess that's how the cookie crumbs these days!

    Be careful when buying online
    The shipping package was mildly damage. But the chips ahoy package looked fine…until I opened it. Nothing but broken and crushed cookies.

    Never had an issue before, but this time I bought 2 packets of chips ahoy cookies and they were all broken. Is like if they just threw them in the bins with everything else, i wish they were more careful when packing our groceries

    Terrible! Made in Mexico!
    Why are Chips Ahoy cookies baked in Mexico now! They were delivered to me from our local store and over half the cookies were crumbs. They also tasted awful, dry and hard -- not the delicious Chops Ahoy we've bought for years! We threw them in the trash. If this is how they're gonna be I will never buy again.
